  1. Confirmed it's powered by Nvidia: https://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/2016/10/20/nintendo-switch/
  2. The AotS benchmarks can be found on the site, they use the same settings. GTX 1080 RX 480 CF Found on the AMD reddit.
  3. Dude FFS stop it, you are nitpicking every article in order to hate on AMD. You are the primary reason I hardly am on this forum. This update is not a general performance update but a bug fix for 390 series and also 290 series but nobody using them in benchmarks. The other AMD cards perform as expected in OGL games. Also this Even when they fix their drivers you are still not happy. GIVE IT A REST
  4. Probably already posted, but those are rumored specs by the guys themselves, not leaked or based on anything.
  5. That might still change or that scenario hasn't been reported on. Change will only happen in a few months.
  6. Kitguru Youtube Blog Well, took them long enough. Pretty sure creators are a lot more happy.
  7. It's not leaked, it can be found here
  8. No Pascal Demo. That doesn't sound very promising with such an event.
  9. Problem seems to be only on the Fury cards anyway. The dudes 370 didn't have any stuttering with only 13% lower average. Article title sure is clickbaity.
  10. Can we get an actual source instead of Forbes, these guys are more idiotic then WCCF.
  11. Guru3d also did the test and they found something off with the FCAT analysis. AKA V-Sync is forced on at the end of the pipeline, which might skewer the results depending on where the measure point is taken in-engine. It's a driver issue.
  12. That's the only article I've seen that mentions that they are 144hz panels, so I'm not sure it's true.
  13. It used to be an actual part of AMD, but they spinned it off and sold it. It's no longer an actual part of them.
  14. 45 for the standard version. 60 for the platinum version on steam (which did went on sale last sale) and 90 for a special platinum bundle 130 for the for suite. Compare
  15. My card is liking this update a lot: 15.3 15.7 (even has lower clocks) Fury X users should also rejoice.
  16. If the cross license agreement gets cancelled, doesn't Intel also lose the AMD64 license, also known as x64?
  17. I think I have a reason for the stronger performance of the Fury X on the russian site: CPU overhead. The russian site uses a 3960X while all the other reviewers use something in the line of a 5960X. Due to Nvidia having better CPU driver overhead it can use the remaining CPU resources to feed the GPU in comparison to the Fiji that can't. With the extra resource power gone for Nvidia, the field will be more level.
  18. Seems to hit a driver bottleneck in the lesser demanding situations. That or a VRAM bottleneck. I hope someone will test it with games under windows 10, where there is a lot less CPU overhead.
  19. It's hard to tell what a card can do and what it cannot when it's still under NDA, the guys on OcUK might have access to the hardware but might not so much on the software. Especially since they are breaking the NDA basically.
  20. After 4 NVIDIA cards I've been using an AMD card for a year now and neither gave me too much of a headache. Only after the latest beta catalyst is behaving a bit weirdly but the driver itself is running fine. On the Nvidia side my GTX 460 SLI broke completely after a few months and had to reduce the card to one, was never able to found out the cause.
  21. Is suspect it not having 2.0 is because it's basically a bigger Tonga, which has no HDMI 2.0 support.
  22. The original source will be doing a follow-up review since they got the driver on short notice and they will provide also provide it in English, I'll post that one of no alternatives at that time.
  23. The nvidia 770 was rebranded 680. So stop complaining, everybody does it.
