  1. I like the Crucial MX100 SSD http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct128mx100ssd1

You should really get an SSD at least for Windows

This is identical to the SeaSonic G Series 550W and costs $6 more than what you're getting with some promo thing

Even at $80, it's SO much more worth it over the $60 Corsair PSU. Most Corsair PSU's aren't very good.

Features is something you will need to figure out yourself on a motherboard, too much variation.

I recommend trying to find an Asus or Gigabyte mobo with all the features you like if it doesn't cost anymore still.

I have researched the mobos but they haven't got a blue mobo, sooo yeah

  2.

    Overpriced ram and mobo.

    Try this:

    CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($224.95 @ SuperBiiz)
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($114.99 @ SuperBiiz)
    Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($79.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB FTW+ ACX 2.0+ Video Card  ($395.66 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT H440 (Blue/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($119.99 @ NZXT)
    Monitor: Acer H236HLbid 60Hz 23.0" Monitor  ($159.99 @ B&H)
    Total: $1327.52
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I'm looking for a blue scheme actually, any suggestion?

  4. I'm assuming this will be mostly for gaming? If you don't mind getting a tn panel as opposed to the ips, I would recommend getting something with 1-2ms response time.

Also, although I think the actual PC is a very nice build, I do think the monitor will not do it justice. However, if you are happy with 1080, don't care for gsync, and prefer the better colors/viewing angles of the ips, then the monitor you picked will do.

For reference I have a benq gl2460 which serves me extremely well and cover all my needs.

I am confused. I've done researched and Linus loves IPS panel, do you notice the difference between 1-2ms and 5-7ms?
