  1. Where? I still only see 2022 and 2023 on the All Products page and in the Bonus Bin
  2. +1 from me, strongly agree the pages should be archived in some fashion rather than removed entirely. Among other reasons (some already stated above): Ability for people waiting on a presale item to go back and check the date their presale item is meant to ship Ability for owners of now-discontinued items to go back and see the product description/specs/care instructions (the labels can wear off or be removed)/etc. Preservation of product details/photos in general, helps people to know what's out there, can help with buying/selling items secondhand (For example, I had to make a pretty intense effort to try and determine what a Swacket v1 looks like. Someone was selling a v2 secondhand and thought it was a v1 and I helped them to correct their listing, they genuinely had no idea which one they had, and had no point of reference for the v1.) Just cause! I know some of us would love to go back just to browse the old products for nostalgia reasons, and it would be a kind of public portfolio of what LTT/Creator Warehouse has released in the past! It could be a totally separate collection or category to keep them from showing up alongside the current stuff and to allow for it to be made clear it's a product archive, of items that are not planned to be restocked.
  3. I don't know, both mine and the one I bought for my Dad came this way. My understanding was it's like that so it's nice and easy to rip off so there's no sign of a tag when you reverse it.
  4. UPS actually isn’t the first carrier who handles the package, and won’t show and updates on the tracking until they get it in their hands. Wizmo picks up the packages and transports them across the border to the US first where they’re then handed off to the downstream carriers like UPS. If you were given a tracking number, it’s very likely that Wizmo has your package. You can try the Wizmo tracking link that’s you get from the order status page, sometimes it shows movement prior to UPS.
  5. Keep in mind that if you do decide to let it get sent back, anything they no longer have listed for sale may be gone forever. They’re limited in what they can do when creating a replacement order, and can only ship things that are currently in stock. That’s not to say that they wouldn’t be able to ship the original parcel back to you, they might have that option when it makes it back to them but they may very well not. It’s not LTT employees doing the fulfillment, so it’s not as easy as someone from the support team asking someone from the warehouse team to look out for it. Just something you should definitely keep in mind if there’s anything in the order you really want that they no longer stock. Btw, they do refund the tax you paid if you get billed and pay for it again, so at the very least you’re guaranteed to get back the ~$24 you paid, but hopefully they’d be willing/able to give you back more towards it as a good gesture.
  6. You must have missed the text in the description of the 15 Years shirt before you placed the order. “ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TOGETHER - IF YOU HAVE MORE ITEMS THAN JUST THIS SHIRT, THEY WILL ALL SHIP ONCE YOUR SHIRT IS READY. ALL ORDERS SHOULD SHIP BY DECEMBER 22, 2023.”
  7. They spoke about potentially refurbishing them and selling them for a discount.
  8. Sounds like you’re saying it wasn’t shipped yet? Did you have anything presale in the order? Like a bread plushie or 15 year shirt etc.?
  9. Do you have a long torso? I’m just shy of 6’’1”. All of my LTT shirts (their own blanks and the old American Apparel) are XL and I have no issues with the length of the shirts, they come down well over the top of my jeans. That said, they are working on different fits, one being for taller people, so hopefully that’ll help out for you!
  10. Anyone know why the Google form was closed for the replacement carabiners?
  11. Looks like the sign-in is a requirement of allowing file uploads in a form (which they’re using to allow you to upload photos of broken carabiners to be prioritized). If you don’t have/aren’t comfortable using your own Google account, it’s pretty quick and easy to create a burner one. I understand that should not be required, but is going to be the easiest way forward.
  12. Yup, definitely sounds like it was not received by them, or that their responses haven’t made it back to OP. They answer every ticket that comes in.
  13. The newsletter is a unidirectional communication that won't require the ability for tens of thousands of people to respond, with each of those responses needing to be tracked and accounted for. The newsletter has also already been in place and doesn't require any additional work from their end to set up. That aside, the people responsible for writing the newsletter are not the same people that are working on getting these backpack emails out. And lastly that I can think of, backpack purchasers are a small percentage of viewers. The rest of the happenings at the company aren't just going to get put on hold for this until the backpack emails get sent out. Try to be patient, there's truth to what they're saying. They want this resolved quickly just as much as you do. Sincerely, someone who owns 2 backpacks and is also waiting on the replacement pulls.
  14. It's been a bit over a month since the 3D Down Jacket giveaway for the trip to Vancouver went live. Anyone know how/when the winners were/will be announced? Haven't seen anyone say they've won as of yet, and while the item description at the time explained how winners would be picked, it did not say how they would be notified.
