My 4 standoffs for my NZXT Kraken X31 will not come off no matter how much I screw them with a nut driver. They keep spinning but will not come loose and pop off. http://imgur.com/a/f0cHP

It's a prebuilt ASUS computer he got off amazon and I believe its windows 10.

My Uncle's PC keeps permanently rebooting and when it reboots it shows a windows update is 64% done then reboots again. I had to clear the CMOS in order to get into the bios but I don't know what else to do.

I was able to reset the CMOS and also cleaned the RAM slots and took the GPU out to see if that was the problem. Still have the same issue. Do you guys think this is a PSU or motherboard issue?

I couldn't locate the jumper for it and I tried removing the battery. I was able to unclip it but couldn't remove it. Sorry this is my first time dealing with CMOS and I had to google how to do it all

Today my PC has been giving me problems. It has randomly "shut off" multiple times. No images would be displayed on the monitors but it was still on and running and powering my peripherals (I would like to note that I was in discord and couldn't hear anyone anymore). I fixed it by restarting my computer each time but now that doesn't work anymore. My computer can still power on and run but nothing can be displayed on the monitors and I have tried plugging my monitor into the GPU and motherboard with no luck. Also the only LED on my case that doesn't light up anymore is the power button LED. Thanks in advance for the help.

i just received my sennheiser hd 598's and need a mic. i was looking into buying a mod mic 4.0 and see two options. there is an omni directional and a noise cancelling version. i am guessing the omnidirectional mic picks up noise everywhere and the noise cancelling does not?

i currently have the razer krakens for about 2 years now and i don't really like them and i think its time for an upgrade.
