Lol. I've never worn an anti-static wristband. Built numerous computers, never had a part die.
Were you rolling around in the carpet with the quaddro?
Antistatic wristbands are pretty useless. If you don't know to discharge your static before you start building, you probably shouldn't be building in the first place.
