But tmw you're taking a nice hot shower and your water heater runs out of hot water and now your hot shower is like an als bucket challange or a mid-winter's icy rain.

 

Maybe it's because I live in a smaller house with a water heater that is also probably smaller or what but I do hear that tankless water heaters work better for smaller/closer situations so possibly in my ~1,000sqft pre-fab home (it's a trailer/mobile home/caravan (as the brits seem to call it) but pre-fab sounds better lol) it could work but I only really count a tankless water heater being the most effective for just one thing and that would be the shower. Though maybe it's less of a problem in larger homes that probably have a larger water heater and possibly a shower head that doesn't feel like it's dumping a gallon every half minute or some shit like that.

    Well I see shower heads can dump around 2.5 gallons per minute. I wonder how many gallons mine dumps ?
