  1. Looks dope, I can´t afford it since I´m a poor ass teenager so winning this would be nice, cheers! ps. This would be nice to travel with since you can project it from so close to basically any white wall.
  2. Actually it aint that bad, but in your case you´d have to remove the keyboard (i think) to attach the pci. check this video and decide your self obviously there are drawbacks and problems, but if you´re on a budget and don´t mind modding your laptop this is a totally valid option and if not practical, a fun project to tinker with.
  3. Tell your budget and batterylife expectations and so on, if you only want it to run csgo the go for something with a 940m minimun, that´ll also run most triple a games at 720p, but give more info about what you need the we can help more.
  4. Just tell me your adress and the date when you leave and just leave your pc outside your door and I´ll take care off it.
  5. but what´s your budget? I can suggest somethings
  6. I don´t think so, and you could always mount a heatsink to it.
  7. So this is like my 5th time posting about a laptop, but I´ve come to the conclusion on getting either t460p or t560 both with the 940mx and 8gb and i5 and so (though the t560 has a dual core i5 and the t460p a quad core) , only difference is the battery, the t460p has only one 72wh battery while the 560 has 1 72wh battery and a second 44wh battery. So the two main things are; is the better battery life of the t560 worth the bigger size (gonna be taking it to school every day), and are temperatures bad on the t460p bad while playing csgo or doing school stuff? Any other thoughts on these?, Experiences?
  8. (Sorry if wrong section to post, if so tell me and I´ll repost somewhere else) Not planing on doing a eGpu as soon as I get my laptop but it´s something I´ll probably do in the fututre. So here´s where I need help: is there a mini pcie to mini pcie right angle riser card? The plan I have is to make a small hole in the casing of my laptop and have it so that the riser cards mpcie connector is facing downwards, then use a banggood (or similar mpcie to pcie adaper and do the usual thing. If there is a right angle mpcie male to mpcie female riser card that would mean I wouldn´t need to open my laptop when i want to plug the gpu, but only plug the adapter to the riser card that sticks out. Thnanks! Here are some pics I draw to help you visualize.
  9. Check the asus zenbook ux303 line, they´re aluminium, can have very good specs, but the cheaper models hav esomething like i5´s.
  10. Thanks! but i belive the model they reviewed didn´t have the 72whr battery and 940mx, but thanks.
  11. So I´ve made several topics on laptops but recently found the t460p with 72whr battery, i5-6440HQ, 940mx for a reasonable price (1250€), I just want to know if anyone owns one and can tell me how´s the battery life and other pros nad cons with it.
  12. Thanks, I´m not interested in the lenovo gaming laptops since their battery is bad even when on powersaving mode.
  13. well I wouldn´t use the gpu in school when I need the batterylife, mostly text editing and browsing and as I said I NEED it to have more power than integrated gpus, but you do hve some valid poinmts about drivers and durability , but it being a thinkpad calss laptop I do BELIVe it to be durable enough. But if you can plsease suggest what laptop you´d get in my situation, Thanks`!
  14. and I really need a little more performace than the integrated graphics
