  1. Why do people bother saying not to get something without saying what to get instead? Then not reply to asking what they think is better. This site gets dumber every day, I don't know why. I guess the larger LTT grows on YouTube the dumber the crowd it draws in. I don't know if I could make more useless posts if I tried. OCN is definitely better, doesn't make me feel like I lose braincells every time I read a post.
  2. They're better than the EC2-A or EC1-A thumb buttons, which are the only right handed mice from Zowie. This still looks like the best mouse from Logitech despite the side buttons, the weight and shape are great. I really don't think Logitech has a better choice, I dislike the shape of the G303 and know the Pro G wouldn't be as comfortable to hold, even though it has better thumb buttons. Not really interested in anything from Razer or Steel Series, or the FinalMouse stuff. What is like the G403 but with good side buttons without anything else being worse? I honestly don't think there's much if anything.
  3. You select Manual These forums must really be dying, how has it been an hour and no answers for such a simple problem
  4. I can't even imagine how bad those sound
  5. Anywhere I can buy this for a fair price? It's $70 USD = $90.96 CAD but it's $100 on their site. The only Amazon it's on is UK where it's 60 euros, even though $70 USD = 62.75 euros. None of the discount coupons work on the inflated Canadian price, but you can use them on the US site to get it cheaper. I'm fuckin tired of overpaying for everything for no fucking reason because Canada They're giving Europeans a deal, but fucking Canadians for an extra $10 because it's 96 cents over their round number of $90. Nice rounding skills Logitech. Round 2.75 down for Europeans and $9 up for Canadians. Fuck you Logitech.
  6. Logitech just announced the G403 which is a much better shape than the G303 for almost everyone with normal human hands.
  7. I just linked a random one. They're all pretty fine, the "Great" ones have 8+8pin as shown for extra power delivery and 10+2 power phases. Those things aren't too important because Pascal is pretty locked down with the BIOS situation. They're still better obviously, it just depends if you think it's worth the extra cost. They'll all perform pretty equally out of the box and with basic overclocking via a utility like MSI Afterburner. It's only if we get a Pascal BIOS editor that we will really be able to take advantage of the extras on the "Great" versions. The situation is kinda dumb right now with Nvidia. I hope I'm not making things harder to understand, but Nvidia likes to do stupid things that don't make sense.
  8. You'll have best chances of avoiding interference with an external sound device if that's what you're looking to do. If you want an external DAC/amp combo that's also capable of good 7.1 surround, Creative SoundBlaster G5. It's only $96 on Amazon right now.
  9. This page has a comparison list for all your choices (scroll down a bit) http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=08G-P4-6274-KR
  10. K. EVGA only shared this on their official Facebook page. Definitely not endorsing G2A as well. Make sure to do the typical fanboy shit everyone does on these forums and ignore this and continue spreading bullshit.
  11. Gigabyte is horrible and should be avoided at all costs. I'd say EVGA and MSI are the best you can get in North America. Depending on where you live you might have some other great options, like Palit. I don't know what your options are in Japan.
  12. Logitech G Pro Gaming Mouse is pretty much the best. I currently have a Zowie EC2-A
  13. I updated my post. Their customer service is also worse than every other company you could buy a 1070 from too.
  14. My most expensive mistake was a Gigabyte 1070. Thankfully talked NewEgg into letting me switch to an MSI and just paying the difference, despite their exact replacement only return policy. It's the cheapest product I've ever touched and the fans were the loudest I've ever heard and they also clicked every time they exited 0rpm mode. They also used false images displaying the card with a backplate which was only changed after customers complained after receiving them without it.
  15. Gigabyte has the worst build quality, and ugliest most plastic 1070's money can buy. Their reliability is garbage too if the low cost cutting build quality is any indicator. My Gigabyte 1070 arrived with faulty fans and is the cheapest feeling product I have ever held in my hands. I returned it to NewEgg and got an MSI 1070 and won't ever go back. The customer service horror stories with Gigabyte on forums and reddit have been crazy the last few months, fuck them as a company and I'll never buy anything from them again. Asus can have bad customer service, but at least their cards are built with things like metal and actually feel and look well built. Gigabyte may have been fine with 970's which I see you have, but they have become by far the absolute worst with their Pascal options.

    That's why I said around. It's usually 800:1-1200:1

I don't notice text to be any worse than anything else, I've never even heard of this being a downside to VA before either.
  18. Oh shit, Brand A? Fuck those guys, I'll never get a Brand A GPU. Also: "Above test conducted with both fans set to the same acoustic level" So just find a GPU with better quality, quieter fans, and run them at 5x the RPM of your fans to make them as loud = profit? "Oh wow, it's using way more power at a way higher RPM that's equally as loud as our low RPM because our fans aren't as good"
  19. I wouldn't count on the 1080's price going down any time soon unless AMD comes outta nowhere with a competing card this year.
  20. G-Sync really isn't worth it. It's just V-sync but at any framerate, not too hard to imagine. Unless screen tearing is ruining your life it's really not worth. G-Sync also isn't worth using if you're trying to play competitively. It has less input lag than V-Sync but still more than no syncing of any kind. 100hz+ is definitely worth.
  21. You should post here more often, I wish I could give you more informative points for being the only correct post in this topic. Only 4 posts and more useful than anyone else in here. Rocket Jump Ninja is good, everyone should check him out if they're looking for a competitive FPS mouse.
  22. A mouse doesn't make you good but it can limit your potential. The Logitech G303 and Pro G are both better than the G502 because of their weight, as are all Zowie mice and some offerings from Razer and Steel Series and others. Don't get a tank of a mouse for fps if you want to be your absolute possible best... OP is asking for the PERFECT CSGO mouse, the G502 is DEFINITELY not even in the consideration list for this purpose. Now if they were looking for comfort and ergonomics for long time use and not specifically super competitive multiplayer shooters it would be worth mentioning. If you don't believe me, just listen to Logitech, they understand their mice and what they were designed for as well, unsurprisingly. Also, this topic again is asking for the perfect CSGO mouse. If the G502 was the perfect CSGO mouse, I think at least 1 professional CSGO player would be using it if it was the fucking best.... These forums recommend the G502 for everything, is it the best MOBA mouse too? Is anyone recommending it for any reason other than it's what they're currently using? So tiring. I think I'm just going to stay out of the peripherals section of this site since nobody understands what they're talking about and just blindly recommend whatever they have, regardless of the use OP's are looking for. "Oh you want the best wireless MOBA mouse? Well the G502 isn't that at all and it's great and perfect for my needs and therefore yours too even though they're completely different, it's also not even wireless and has only 2 side buttons, 10/10"
