Yeah, i have seen the Poseidon in the past, was just hoping to pick up a 1080 soon, and put a block on it. As long as it has more than the single 8 pin that the founders has, overclocking should be great under water. ill look into the G1 and strix. thank you

I was wondering if I should upgrade to a GTX 980 TI or just wait for Pascal. I know when Pascal is released I will be asking the same question about the next card, but do you guys think it is worth it right now?

I don't game enough to need a G-Sync monitor at the moment. But glad to see more 1440p options...maybe I will get my dream of a $350 27" 1440p monitor with decent color reproduction.

I ordered mine just then, cheaper than RoG SWIFT! Also @Senzelian, they get stock on Friday. So I'll get it by Friday next week.

There is a ASUS MG279Q. It should be out in Q2, its 1440p IPS spec 120hz tested (should be 144 by release they say) and its apparently FreeSync.

You really need to OC that system . There's a lot more potential in those scores.
 
Your CPU might hold you back a bit, pretty weak score for GTX980 2way SLI.

i dont think you can use gsync at 144hz, i got mine from alternate.de at the price of 780 euros and i got it  in 2 days in france .

From where did you get it and for how much?

well i got mine 2 days ago and i love it , the only issue i have with it is switching to ulmb to gsync and to 144hz it kinda is anoying to go to settings to switch from one mode to another.

Can you run 144 hz and g-sync at the same time. I am going to be buying this monitor probably when it is available in the UK.
