  1. I currently have a GTX 970. I'm about to switch to full Linux on my desktop (was formerly dual booting Debian and Win10). nVidia drivers on linux tend to be a nightmare. The Asus R9 Fury is sexy and it makes me want it in a bad way. Can someone talk me out of this? Or sell me on it?
  2. So I play at 1080p. Should I just go with a single 970, a single 980, or sli two 970s? My current opinion is that I should go with a single 970 so that buying another is always an option in the future. What do you guys think?
  3. So I just updated my AMD Catalyst Control Center to the most recent version today, and out of nowhere I can't get it to open now. I will try to open and it will try to load for a few seconds then nothing happens. I looked in the task manager and it did confirm that after trying to load it for a few seconds it simply ended the task. I also cannot find it in the services tab. Anyone know what the deal is with this?
  4. Recently on skyrim Installed a bunch of graphics mods, including realvision enb and all of its required mods. I am positive that I have installed it correctly. My skyrim will load into the game and run fine with all the mods, until I try to fast travel or do anything that requires a loading screen. The game closes out immediately if I try to do so. It will even do this when I try to wait in order to skip to day. Any ideas on the cause of this problem?
  5. I can't seem to get above 70 fps on mminecraf. I'm sure I'm using more than enough memory, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I also am sure I have the 64 bit version of java. My specs are as follows: -fx 8350 -Sapphire R9 290 -16 GB of gskill ripjaws ram
  6. My build consists of an FX-8350 cpu, and a Sapphire Vapor-X R9 290 gpu. Will my Fractal Tesla R2 650w be enough for this system under load given that I won't be heavily overclocking, if at all?
  7. Sounds like a care issue. Not an issue with the AMD cpu.
  8. Oh wow. I didn't even know there weren't 23" 1440p monitors. Shows how long I've had this monitor. I have a budget of about $500
  9. I need help finding a good 1440p monitor. Preferably about 23".
