What you need is simply called a SD Card Reader.

    Here's a nice one:

Here's a cheaper one with free shipping:
    https://www.amazon.ca/Transcend-Information-Card-Reader-TS-RDF5K/dp/B009D79VH4/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1510521428&sr=8-6&keywords=sd+card+reader

Keep in mind these are all Amazon Canada links.
There are internal SD card readers that fit in the 5.25" or 3.5" drive bays of a PC tower.

Yes it is, the Xeon / i7 that they suggested is an i5 with HyperThreading so it'll give you more performance in both.

yes you can also game on it. normal 3,4GHz boost 3,8GHz (source: https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/415787/intel-xeon-e3-1231-v3-boxed.html)

I think that you want to get either the i5-6500 or the i5-6600k. Both are not compatible with your motherboard. If i were you, I would get the Xeon 1231 V3 or an i7 4770/4790

get an i5 4460 or an i7/e3 1231 v3 instead, 6600k wont fit in your mobo.

Just to add, you would also need new RAM. LGA1150 uses DDR3, LGA1151 uses DDR4.

Had this exact monitor a few years back, sold it to a friend though.
It's a great choice for 1440p however I would suggest going full 4K since the price isn't that different anymore.
If you haven't got the money for a 2160 though go for it, it's a great monitor, used it for video editing, no delay at all.
    Best of luck!

Depends really. Have you asked how much it'll cost to repair? If it's not that expensive compared to what you paid for it in the beginning I would suggest repairing it first. Selling broken electronics usually ends in either:
    1. Someone want their money back
    2. An enthusiast buys it for a MUCH lower price than what you could have gotten for a working condition one
See how much it will cost to repair first. Return after perhaps :*
    Best of luck

its not overheating... its your processor. two cores for adobe premiere pro? obviously its expected since it only has two cores and rendering a preview might take some time.

and i5 and an SSD would be helpful.
