  1. Hi guys, I have just started a Custom sleeving project and think ive bit off a little bit more than i can chew. I have all the tools and everything, I can make the cables not an issue. Im just a bit lost of the pin layouts and have drastically underestimated its complexity. Does anyone know the Pin layout for, Corsair HX Series HX750 750 W 80 Plus Platinum And are all the corsair power supply the same layout. is it going to be as simple as Pin 1 goes to Pin 7 etc with a few that i need to split? Also i stripped back the 8 pin CPU cable and found what looks like a capacitor connected to two cables. Whats this use and do i need to replicate this? Thanks for any help that you guys offer. Alex P.s. will upload build logs of the project.
  2. i still like to go overkill, future proof and i have a variety of games i can play.
  3. Also Is 600W Going to be adiquate for this build? And is it worth spending an extra £25-40 on the motherboard from £66 Thanks @H4X3R

  10. I currently run 60FPS but often get bad lag spikes often. Not ideal
  11. Yes everything here i currently own. I also intend to upgrade the motherboard to use this one in my brother build. Looking at GTX 970's now Thanks.
  12. Hello Guys, So I was hoping you guys might be able to help me out with my PC Upgrade. I'm struggling with what's compatible and what isn't. The build is a gaming rig mainly used for League of legends. Out of what i have I be leave i need to upgrade my motherboard and Graphics card I live in the UK, Have Amazon prime and have a budget of around £500. Ideally this build will be super snappy and run LOL at maximum settings at a high FPS with no frame rate issues. I Have a Blue Black and White colour scene I would like to keep too. I also intend to run both SSD's in Raid 0. (Any advice on the do's and don't on SSD's In Raid would be ace) Does anyone help me find comparable Mother Board and Graphics card that are good bang for the buck. . I will be very grateful for any advice and help. This community always impress's me Thanks for your Time -Alex So Parts added to: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2dN2ZL Please Note site doesn't have all my parts listed, some are closest too i.e. CPU CPU Intel Core i7-950 3.06Ghz Quad-Core Processor CPU Cooler Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler Motherboard GA-X58A-ED3R Memory Corsair Vengeance 4GB (6 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (24GB Total) Storage Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive Hitachi Travelstar 5K1000 1TB 2.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive Video Card NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512 Case Aerocool Xpredator-X3 White Edition ATX Mid Tower Case Power Supply PC Power & Cooling Silencer MK III 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply Optical Drive Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ________________________________________________________________ What I have taken a liking too but unsure on compatibility and weather it is the best part for my build: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-270X-Graphics-Card-PCI-E/dp/B00HCLLOUK/ref=sr_1_46?ie=UTF8&qid=1419614916&sr=8-46&keywords=graphics+card http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00K8KKB5Q/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-Z97-PRO-WI-FI-AC-Motherboard/dp/B00K80MYSI/ref=sr_1_23?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1421419738&sr=1-23&keywords=Z97 http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-EDITION-LGA1150-USB2-0-MOTHERBOARD/dp/B00OIKLODK/ref=sr_1_14?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1421419738&sr=1-14&keywords=Z97 http://www.amazon.co.uk/ASRock-1150-Z97-Extreme4-Motherboard/dp/B00K6JKTDI/ref=sr_1_18?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1421419738&sr=1-18&keywords=Z97
