The display drivers crashing is probably only somewhat related.
 
As @TDaytona645 said it is likely your PSU. Even the best 500W powersupply would barely support that system under load.

You have to nest it correctly

For IIS you typically set it up in the web.config file (rewrite)

It's actually extremely good in an HTPC. It can handle 4K video output without lagging and can decode Steam IHS fast enough for 1080p 60fps. And it's obviously very quiet because its heat output is very low.

Why not just salvage parts from a clicky pen?

For a point of reference, Prior to my 4770k I had a 1100T which I got for $220 at the time.

IPC is instructions per clock cycle. Which Intel absolutely destroys AMD on. (In other words, you can do way more per clock cycle on an Intel chip than AMD)
 
Note: A processors clock speed is in cycles per second.

I will let him answer the question about single core performance as it is a can of worms I do not want to open.

Its an old argument. AMD Bulldozer/Piledriver CPU's have horrible IPC for gaming and for some single threaded tasks. The AMD cores are packed together in two's, inside a module with shared resources and shared FPU.
 
To boil it down to a simple concept:
 
An Intel core is almost twice as powerful as an AMD bulldozer core. If you have an Intel Core with hyper threading, you can utilize 100% of a core to a single thread, or split the core between 2 threads at any ratio (doesn't have to be 50/50, it can be 25/75 or 1/99).
 
An AMD Bulldozer Module contains 2 cores with shared resources, and can handle 2 threads at once. You cannot utilize 100% of the module to a single thread, and with 2 threads its a 50/50 split. If one core is running a really demanding task while the other core is doing light work, you are not utilizing the full potential of the Module.
 
This is why Intel is currently better for high end builds. For budget builds, you won't see a lot of gain by going intel. The difference between PCI-E 2.0 and 3.0 has nothing to do with the overall performance. In fact, there isn't much of a difference with most graphic cards by jumping to PCI-E 3.0.
 
*edit* as a side note my brother is running a gtx 760 SC with a quad core FX cpu, and I've seen little difference in performance on his PC compared to when I had the 760 paired with a locked sandy bridge i5.

AMD based platforms are better for entry level gaming machines due to the lower cost to performance ratio.
 
In regards to PCI gen 2 vs 3, gen 3 supports roughly 2 times the throughput but it shouldn't really impact any single card system.
 
IMO if you're spending more than $750 on a desktop your better off going with Intel regardless of what your use case is.

About now is when you are really happy you bought a board with dual bios.
 
I would let it sit for another 5 minutes or so then reset it, if it doesn't boot flip the physical switch on the motherboard let it boot and flip it back and try flashing again.

The timings all have to be the same most of the time. (motherboard dependent with only the flagships/newer supporting multiple timings)
 
With that said, CL7 ram is pretty rare these days as most favor speed over tight timings.
 
I would either buy a cl9 set and go missmatched. (your current ram will run slightly slower)
 
Or I would buy a 16gb kit and sell your old ram.

2^32 divisions in a loop took about 13.5 seconds and 2^32 multiplications took about 1 second. I tested it using assembly and subtracted the base loop run time to calculate those.
For even a large project, the difference it going to be on the scale of microseconds.

The ones I am playing are on my SSDs the others are on mechanical drives.
 
Steam supports multiple drives and the saves are always stored in the same spot so there is nothing to worry about.
 
Simple migrate the unused games over assuming you have space for them elsewhere.

Wired is preferred, if not I would go EOP before I would do strictly Wifi

As others have said the issue is interference from the microwave.
 
Few options you have:
Buy a new router that supports 5Ghz bands which are less likely to be interfered with. Relocate your current router to somewhere with less interference. You could move the microwave as well but I doubt your mother would let you get away with it First one is your best bet, it can be easily solved with a ~$20 router.

Don't be afraid to spend money on a decent surge protector if you live in an area that's prone to lightning strikes or power surges. The $10 cheapos will take one hit and die. Not only that, but sometimes they fail to stop surges, and sometimes they catch fire. I have had many customers come back to me with a melted piece of plastic that somebody else sold them. Decent ones won't catch fire, and can be reset over and over again. Sure, they cost more- but you only have to buy it once.

Instead of storing the values of the highest and lowest averages, store the indices of the students with the highest and lowest averages. Then you can look up their info in array "p".

The motherboard only uses 4 of the 8 for the cpu

I've used a deathadder since the original came out in 2007.
 
That one died and I replaced it with the 2010 version, when the chroma came out I replaced the 2010 version.
 
Chroma is textured differently(don't like it as much) but, with a much better sensor other than that its like all the other deathadders.
