Wokespeech? It’s how English works, friend. You seem to be taking this as a reference to non-binary individuals who commonly ask to be referred to by they/them. Whether or not you respect an individual’s requested pronouns has more to do with you as a person than with how English works. “They” is a valid singular and plural pronoun.
Weird school. It’s extremely common to use singular “they” for an unknown individual. I’ve read and heard it used in spoken english by all sorts of people.

It's a hardware limitation. You cannot enable it.
You can disable SMT for CPUs that come with it. But not the other way around.

How long did you leave the CMOS battery out? Pull the laptop battery and CMOS battery out and then press and hold the power button for 15 seconds and then leave the batteries out overnight. In the morning just put them back in and boot into BIOS and see what happens.
