I would agree that if you don't need a laptop for school or traveling a lot then you should get a Micro ATX, there are some really good cases such as the Fractal Design Nano that are small and look great -
I would see if you could reflash your bios, could be your issue

Do you have a buddy near you that you could try his PSU, that could be a issue and might be something to try and rule out if you can

That is really odd then, but to touch on what you said in the OP with CSGO, changing your video settings isn't going to make a difference since its a cpu issue, even for me with a 980 and 4770k there is not a huge performance jump in csgo to turn down settings

I would agree with what you said before with the 460X, that is just a good all round case

Maybe try reinstalling windows, i don't know because that is a very odd issue, you might have something messed up with the bios as well

So I have the Corsair 650D and I would not recommend it at all so I would not recommend the 450D either, its not great with cable management, and compared to the competition these days it looks absolutely horrible compared to some of the Fractal design and even newer tempered glass cases from Corsair and others

Yeah you got to watch out with ebay, but you can get 8gb of ram for like $30 ish new these days

If I were you I would stay away from Corsair if you are on a budget, Cooler master makes some good mechanical keyboards, I have one. I don't know about availability in Germany but there are several very cheap mechanical keyboards on Amazon

7700K does not come with a CPU cooler I believe, other than that it looks like a solid build

Yeah a budget is kinda needed, since those parts you have will all work together but are at very different price levels. If you are getting a K series CPU then you need a Z170 or Z270 motherboard

Yeah I think that was the thought of not putting it on youtube, but I'm not sure if its different for floatplane since its a paid service that is not as public from a LTT perspective with brands

So I was about to buy the DT990 250 OHM model for $140 but they just sold out, there are other 990's but they are $200 versus the DT770s being about $160, is the extra money worth it to get the 990s and the open back? Would love to hear your opinions.

I am looking to buy the DT990 250 ohm version and I am trying to decide on a couple amp/dacs, I really want something that is USB and something that I can also plug in some powered bookshelf speakers as well. I know that the scarlet solo is made as a mic pre amp but it has a headphone amp and speaker outputs so is it decent as a headphone amp? The other one I was looking at is the monoprice headphone amp/dac I know that it was on @Dackzy 's recommendation list but I was wondering why I would want something like the Fiio k5 because that seems like the same functionality with just a higher price. Thanks in advance.
