  1. I recently did a fresh install of Windows 10 because I had some virus problems and my drives had a lot of unused files so I decided to save my important data on a usb stick and do a clean install. So everything was working fine until I downloaded Origin and FIFA 17, plus DS4Windows because I've been using that program to play games with my DualShock 4. Everytime I try to start FIFA either through Origin or run the .exe file directly, it just doesn't work. The Origin window disappears like it should when you start a game, but the FIFA launcher doesn't appear and after a few seconds the Origin window reappears like when you close a game. Same thing with the DS4Windows.exe file. When I try to run it, the blue loading circle appears next to my cursor for a few seconds but then nothing happens. Bear in mind, I can run other .exe files like Firefox, Steam, Origin without any problems, it's just these that don't work. I haven't tried downloading/running any other games since the fresh install, but I might give them a try. Oh and I have already tried running them both as administrator and also in several compatibility modes, but it didn't work.
  2. Which of these two slots has more bandwidth and by how much?
  3. So I recently made a topic: But the fella with the gtx 970 didn't reply to me since and I think he already sold it but forgot to delete the advertisement.. But I found two others, contacted both of them and neither of them wants to go lower than 150eu, so I guess I'm stuck with those prices.. Do you think it's still a good deal like that? One of the cards is an asus strix gtx970 and the other is an asus turbo gtx970, it looks like this:
  4. Guys, the fella with the gtx 970 didn't reply to me since and I think he already sold it but forgot to delete the advertisement.. 5. Okay, you've got a fair point. I always tended to gravitate towards AMD anyways, I hate Intel's monopoly in the market.
  6. The z77 boards I found are all going for around 70-80 so yeah. I think I will look into how much difference in performance there is between the i7 and the ryzen 5 and will decide based on that. And also I will ask the guy selling the i7 how heavily it was used and if it was oc'd much.
  7. I have an 8gb stick of ddr3, I plan on buying another one in the future. And I have an i5-3340 on a cheap h61 mobo as of now, but if i buy the i7 then I'll get a z77 so that I can oc it.
  8. I checked, in the cheapest place they go for 135eu
  9. Do you guys think buying a used i7 3770k for 150 euros is a good deal? I don't know how much the cpu was used, the seller doesn't specify it. I don't know if I could bargain the price down a little bit, but maybe I will try if I can. New 7700k's are going for more than 300 euros here and 8700k's for over 400..
  10. Thanks for the input guys, I think I might just try and hit up the guy with the 970 then
  11. Do you guys think a KFA2 GTX 780 HOF is a good value for 110 euros? I could get a gtx 690 for around 140 euros, but i'm concerned about the 2gb vram per gpu which I think is very little for current games.. I also found a gtx 970 for 140 euros, maybe I could convince the seller to sell it to me for 130 but he hasn't responded yet. All above cards are used, the 970 not as much as the other two apparently if the seller tells the truth. I don't want to spend a fortune on a brand new graphics card as of now, but I thought of upgrading a bit on my current r9 270x as maybe I will use it in another computer. As for the prices, I live in Slovakia, parts are pretty expensive here, a new 1050ti costs around 150eu and a 1060 3gb around 210.
