  1. Yeah i thought about that. problem is that its really hard to find a z97 board here in NZ thats still in stock and almost impossible to find a used one yep, the 0% usage are from the scene changes.
  2. yeah i ran valley, and there was some dips to 0% gpu usage, most likely scene changes. looks like i need to upgrade my cpu and mobo.
  3. for csgo, my frames stutter a bit same with bf4, csgo seems to stutter more though.
  4. yeah, i was afraid it was cpu, i cant OC cause im using a h97 board and its rather hard to find a z97 that doesn't break the bank and is in stock. i might just save up and get the i5 6600k and a z170 board.
  5. alright, ill uninstall afterburner. i used the in game fps counter for csgo, drops down to like 130 fps.
  6. nothing that i can think of really. i just noticed that that my frames started dropping a little everyday.
  7. just tried that, i also blew my psu with canned air and used 2 power cables instead of one. still the same results.
  8. started a more gpu intensive game, results are still very similar
  9. i dont have a another pc to test this in and my friends don't have built desktops either.
  10. is there a way to diagnose or fix it? or do i just get a new one.
  11. oh yes, i forgot to mention i did that earlier today, still the same.
  12. Hi guys I recently upgraded my my graphics card and for the first couple of days it was great, however recently i started to notice games i play started to stutter a bit and the average fps across all games were decreasing. i checked my on afterburner and i saw very inconsistent gpu usage. My pc specs are: i5 4670k @ 3.4ghz - 212 evo cooler asrock h97 fatal1ty ( can explain why i have h97 ) 8gb ripjawx asus r9 390 stock clocks fsp group aurum s 650w help is greatly appreciated.
