just realized that i spelled weird wrong.

i removed the GPU and booted and shut it down and it still made that noise first i thought it was GPU prob too.

its not GPU!! its the PSU...

not much difference expect for the fps gaps, but its not that huge... 980 is like $200 more for like 9- 15 fps more when compared to 970

I have MSI geforce gtx 970 twin frozer oc edition. [ its not the GPU its the PSU ] it make this weird sound "tick" when i turn off my computer. and also when it makes the ticking noise, msi logo brightness goes up and turn off. do anyone know whats wrong with it? if you want i can upload a video of the noise to youtube.
