    Well the difference between 59 and 60hz is very minimal so it really shouldn't be an issue

    It could very well be that when the CPU overheated it may have melted or damaged something in the CPU socket or even around it

    Well Arma is very CPU intensive and it may as well be the servers fault capping your frames depending on your ping/ stress on the server. You may want to save and make the switch to Intel with its stronger quad core performance than the 8320s less powerful 8 cores... (Im thinking about making the switch to a next gen Intel chip when they come out for pretty much the same reason as you)

    Go for WD Blue the best drives for the price and they are fast and reliable for a great price
