People who go all out tend to use Bitspower fittings, they come at a hefty price tag though. They look amazing, I think they do at least. Singularity Computers sell unique stuff too, very premium stuff.

Have a similar issue if I use Windows 10, I get this bug where I got normal fps, but I have unbearable micro-stutters all the time, until I restart, I would have to restart my pc like 5 times a day. Installed W7 instead, no issues. 

Now first off, you ran a virus scan? I prefer using malwarebytes for scanning for malware. It might also be your HDD holding you back, no matter if that is the issue or not I would consider buying a small SSD for windows at least.

I would take the Meshify C, personally because I like Fractal Design's cases (not that Corsair cases are bad!) and also because of the much improved airflow.

Same for me with OS, I XP still had full on support etc. That's 1 reason why I still use W7

To be fair, it does show just the bracket in half of the images.
It says bracket in the description, and frankly if you're buying something like this you should have researched it in advance anyway.

The real question is why you want to cap your FPS at 30. 

My friend has it, he says it is really good. OnePlus has released a new phone since, take a look at that it should be pretty good as well.

Ahh the GPU's, I think the only 'solution' is watercooling them, they are powerful cards.

That's normal, because it's DDR (Double data rate) It's monitored as only running at half of the speed it's actually running at. My corsair dominators at 3000MHz are only monitored as 1500Mhz too.
