  1. I would love to have the Kiro. It should help me out in CS GO.
  2. Not sure why this thread was resurrected. the problem was fixed not long after my original post
  3. The problem seems to have fixed itself strange what weird problems computers get... Thankyou all for your help and advice
  4. when trying to install them with the laptop on, it is stuck at 0% EDIT: the same is happening when only trying it to one update
  5. there are 101 important updates. most of them security ones. for some reason it has only selected 97 of them
  6. it just gets stuck on the windows logo. after force rebooting it recommends system recovery and then suggests using a system restore point
  7. I have a new laptop which naturally has many windows updates to be done. Twice now i have had windows fail to boot after it has installed some updates. A simple system restore fixed the laptop in both cases. why do you think this could be happening? (laptop always on charge.)
  8. Neither method for factory resetting work any suggestions?
  9. After installing the new drive my pc would power for a second, then loose power, then will try again after replacing it with my old drive, it did the same for a little while but then started properly booting up after around 10 seconds. now when i boot it acts like normal could it be a dead dvd drive? i need it for watching some films (my old drive doesn't like some disks for some reason ) thanks
  10. It could also be the most recent Windows update.. or the Java update... or something else Chrome re-install did nothing
  11. May be a recent chrome update . I have found some other problems.. for example when I try and open the BBC radio pop up player it gives me a download http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/ I open this in vlc player and i have radio 1 playing through vlc
