  1. I'd love the Razor Blade Stealth - I've already got a nice tower for gaming, but I'd love to have a tiny machine with a 1TB SSD. Thanks for all the great content!
  2. Those Boomsound speakers. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3, and that "cup trick" joke hurt.
  3. Man I love giveaways. Keep up the good work, Linus.
  4. I have about 120 of my favorite movies as .iso rips. I actually own them all, and owning rips as a backup is legal.
  5. 3930k, for sure. I do more work than gaming on my rig, so CPU is way more important to me than GPU.
  6. Again, it depends on what you want. I recommended that product based on the specific case outlined by elderago. As I said above, I would recommend APC products first, but there are tons of products to choose from, even if you restrict your search to only APC products. If it answered your question, please mark the thread as solved. I'm glad I could help!
  7. Though I agree with you that he needs evidence, your second to last sentence (i.e. your claim that "...he is a known conspiracy theorist including in one that has been disproven time and time again in his claims about Obama, means that he has no credibility on the issue...") is an ad hominem fallacy. Though I agree with your position, logical fallacies such as this one only serve to weaken one's position. That being said, I have no interest in joining this debate; I simply want to help you improve your (admittedly, already strong) debate skills.
  8. I was confused on this for a long time. Absolutely the best source I have ever seen regarding thermal paste (both analysis of brands, and application techniques) was BenchmarkReviews.com's 80-Way Thermal Interface Material Performance Test. I STRONGLY suggest that everyone read the entire thing, but TL;DR is that you should spread it evenly with a latex glove, or just make two parallel lines.
  9. It is free. People are complaining about claims that it is "free" because if you are on Windows 7 right now, you still need to buy Windows 8 before you can upgrade to Windows 8.1. Personally, I am excited to see if this might make RAM overclocking worth it.
  10. Yep. Also, it can run USB audio if you don't have a nice soundcard. However, I think it's most useful for just adjusting volume on-the-fly. That feature alone is useful to everyone.
  11. Oh, I have the wired one which came with tons of cables.
  12. Yes, but he asked about the normal package. You need some hardware to mixdown a S/PDIF (surround) signal to 3.5mm (stereo); that can't be done by a cable alone.
  13. Windows 8 - Specs are in my signature
  14. Watch an unboxing; I'm sure they will show the cables, however briefly.
  15. I'm not talking about support, I'm talking about something being designed for it. I am running a 64-bit system, but many programs only have a 32-bit version which, though functional, doesn't take advantage of the 64-bit architecture. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/64-bit_computing#64-bit_application
