New BIOS on my B350 Strix seems really, really good. Before, to get 3.7GHz steady I needed about 1.3V. Now, on the new update I only need.... ahem, 1.2V.... for 3.7GHz....

Perhaps I won the silicon lottery but didn't know it because the old BIOS negative voltage offset didn't work properly..? I dunno, but these temperatures are very, very nice! This is after about 10 Cinebench runs. Can't seem to get the system to crash and HWInfo64 shows a 1.201V Vcore under load.

EDIT: Here's all the good news in a Userbenchmark run (later failed to POST with this RAM OC). Everything performing above expectations :D

Wow, damn that's an unfortunate amount of voltage for those chips.

Well, OK, so new BIOS seems to actually let my memory hit 3200 MHz now :D

Requires 1.38V and to disable Gear Down mode but wow, I love this new BIOS.

Lol nvm, it managed to boot the one time I ran UB. I decided to reboot the PC to see if it would work and it failed to POST, so back to 3066 we go.
