  1. So Im trying to mount a rasberry pi+ 4 inch display screen on my o11 but I cant seem to find a way to do that. The idea would be to remove that lian li plate and mount it there just like that and I would power it using a USB port on my board with this cable that I got. Ideally I would have a case for the pi+display and I would mount it to my PC case but unfortunately I cant seem to find any case for 4 inch displays, only 3.5 or 5+. The best option I could think of was running a ribbon cable like this to conect the pi+display, route it through this gap on the GPU bracket and mount the pi on the back of my O11. To mount the screen I would probably use double sided tape but Im pretty sure it would just fall off because of the heat generated from my PC, but even if it didnt, the conector is not flat with the rest of the display as you can see here so double sided tape wont work either... My running out of ideas here... how do I do this? Can someone give me some help? Im losing my god damn mind lol
  2. That is the coolant im using and im sure ill be finne for a while but I still wanna replace it, corrosion will still happen, the coolant only slows the process, id rather have it swapped as fast as possible.
  3. Thats quite vague, what type of games do you play?
  4. So I made a mistake in my build and bought a bykski pump/res combo and I've only realized now that is is alluminium so im pretty sure corrosion will happen (not sure how long it will take before it does, im running ek clear cryofuel) and before it does I want to replace this as fast as possible, I was thinking about buying that Heatkiller res and attach the pump I've got instead of buying a whole pump/res combo but that thing is pretty expensive tbh so i would probably be better off buying a new pump/res combo instead and keep this spare pump if the new fails. Im using a o11 so was looking into distro plates as well but it seems none of them uses d5 pumps for some reason. Is there any other pump cover+top thats not as a expensive as the heatkill? Or even a full pump/res combo, some silver looking stuff would be nice as thats the theme im mainly going for, no singularity computer stuff please, its expensive already and id still have to pay for shipping because I live in Europe.
  5. I will try doing that tomorrow, quick question, will clearing the CMOS revert my BIOS version? I recently installed a r7 3700x and had to update my BIOS to the latest version so I could use it and I dont have my other CPU anymore so I cant update again.
  6. So after trying, it wont boot and keeps going into the BIOS so im pretty sure the 860 is being used as the boot drive -.-
  7. Yes its working fine, but Im not sure windows is booting from the nvme if my 860 evo shows up as Windows Boot Manager
  8. So I bought a nvme Crucial P1 1TB recently and I did a fresh install of windows on it (also formatted my other SSD which is a Samsung 860 EVO 250gb). It recognized the nvme in the windows installer but it doesn't show up in the boot bios options for some reason. I've updated the firmware with the crucial's software but it still doesn't show. Also as you can see in the photo why is my 860 evo showing up as Windows Boot Manager if my windows is installed on the nvme?
  9. Yeah I've been researching online and havent found anything similar. I've contacted corsair already, Im waiting for a response. Thanks for the tips anyways
  10. So I tried some troubleshooting again, heres what I did: Tried switching the USB port only and it didnt work so I went back to the other one. Disconnected the Commander pro from the power supply so I could get into Windows Converted my SSD to GPT to allow UEFI mode on the BIOS unnistalled iCue and all the drivers from corsair restarted and went to BIOS and enabled UEFI mode restarted again, installed iCue and all the drivers again. It boots first time now but still takes some times, BIOS is still kinda laggy (not as bad as before, now I can travel to pages atleast, it still laggs out for a couple seconds sometimes). Still not really sure whats going or how to fix it or how a fan controller is making this mess, might have to format and reinstall windows if I cant find a solution in the next couple days
  11. Not sure why i talked about safe boot.. Should i change it to something else?
  12. No I dont have safe boot enabled in the boot options, and no I havent tried another USB port, i will probably try swaping them tomorrow because this is really annoying the crap out of me to the point that i just turned it off for now, my GPU is mounted vertically so its I have to remove the gpu to access the usb ports first.
  13. So I've installed a commander pro yesterday and since then I have to restart my pc several times to boot and even when it works it takes a lot of time and my bios is a laggy mess to the point i cant even change pages, I've tried updating the firmware and the ICue software but to no success. I've tried disconnecting it and the pc works just fine like that but everytime I connect is goes back to being laggy. Is it the commander pro, my motherboard, windows? Whats going on here? Can someone help me? I can make a video showing what happens if someone is willing to help me and doesnt really get what im talking about
  14. So, ill start building my first watercooling loop next week and i will buy ekwb cryofuel premix clear but I dont think I will be able to fill the entire loop with just one bottle, is it okay to mix it with distilled water? I really dont wanna buy another bottle as shipping takes quite a long time and I have to pay like 10bucks shipping for a single bottle
