    The motherboard will basically be screwed to the desk, with a thick hard rubber in between, the IO shield fits into the hole that I made, and it is mounted just like any other case!
    Not to sure what you mean about that one, the bottom of the bay unit is all one big slap, the four sides of the bay unit are all separate pieces (4) and are biscuit-ed together :)
