    I can't put them in order, but:

    Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis - GBA
    Ratchet and Clank 2 - PS2
    Assassin's Creed 2 - PC
    GTA: San Andreas - PC
    Golden Sun 1 & 2 - GBA
    Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker & Ocarina of Time

    And I guess I've poured a few thousand hours into the Pokemon series, so Pokemon RSE and GSE and RBY get honourable mentions. The later ones don't stand up to those.
