  1. could it be an nvidea surround issue?
  2. After it breaking right now I went to device manager and disabled my graphics card, which fixed my screen but means i cant use it in games and such. I noticed it allows me to snap my browser to what seems to be the "edge" of the screen but is really a couple inches in from the left. and when it snaps it extends off the right side. I can also snap it to the left of that "edge" and itll go off the left side of the screen. as if it thinks I have three monitors installed or something.
  3. ive done it before and i just did it again. same exact result, if not worse
  4. it basically cam doing this from the factory. everything else is fine, just the ram and power numbers go insane and my screen breaks into multiple dimensions
  5. lmao it just does it...constantly. funny thing is i still headshot and carry in overwatch with a fucked screen.
  6. So for a long time now while playing games my screen has been, seemingly, randomly breaking. Ive checked everything; temps, loose cables, drivers, dust, power supplies, different games. My screen randomly and instantly turns to this(see first two pictures). Today its happening every single time I open up Arma 3, which is actually helping me narrow the problem down. I noticed when this problem happens my gpu vram usage shoots up to...4 petabytes. As well as my power shooting up to over 4 million percent. Im wondering if its overcapping or reaching its vram limit and then just spazzing out. I'd really like to get this problem resolved, if not I'm gonna have to get a new card. thank you for your time.
  7. 390 should be good for a bit more. 16 gb is still good. 4 cores hyperthreaded at 3.4ghz should be fine. looks good but id say look to upgrade in mid to late 2017
  8. it very well could be your ram or motherboard dimm slots that are the issue. that happened with my MSI motherboard
  9. check all the cables thoroughly first of all. check that its socketed properly. ill keep thinking of possible issues
  10. if it were dead, it wouldnt run at all. I dont wanna sound like a repeat of everyone else but it really could be driver issues. thats usually what happens to me, drivers not working and my screen goes black.
  11. i think its just the player or connection. its been happening to me to rarely. definitely annoying
  12. it's running stock frequency from the factory
  13. honestly looking great for your first build. Id say drop the liquid cooling, its not necessary. get a hpyer 212 evo and it will be nearly just as good. I would recommend just getting a 144 hz monitor; theyre not THAT much more and theyre so worth it. You can find them for the same price as some 60hz monitors around black friday. good job.
  14. im just playing a game and it happens. Has only happened in Rust, and only the newest map of H1Z1. The previous map never did it but z2 does. Its only in these two games but they have been some of the games i play the most which is incredibly frustrating. Checking my disk has no relevance to this issue.
  15. 1050 Ti is an absolute monster for the price. 1060 to be safe; with its 8gb of ram, you cant go wrong. Should be a great experience for a good while
