KABAR432's Achievements

  1. First off, beautiful PC. Second off, given your filter situation. I'd recommend any static pressure optimized fans that suit your fancy (dB levels, color scheme, price... yada yada). They are going to be able to move air more effectively through the filters. Air flow fans supply a lot of air, but only in a free flowing environment. Seriously though. I like your build.
  2. Um.. you provided really no specs or temps. If the heat is that bad, maybe invest in an AC.
  3. Don't know if this helps.. but here's my setup 1 Intake upfront, 1 exhaust in the back. I have the 212 with both an intake and exhaust. My R9270x is blowing air down into the top mounted PSU fan that exhausts it out the back. All fans except the PSU (140mm) and the GPU (2x100mm) are 120mm and are PWM controlled through the UEFI. My temps under load are around 45 degrees C on the CPU (FX 8350 Black Edition), and around 50 degrees C on the GPU (ASUS R9270x DCUII 4GB). My case fans are all spinning under the normal setting in the UEFI (around 1200 RPM). Also I have an open side panel, which supports fans, but I cant install them because of the 212 Evo. So, in conclusion.. You'll be fine man. You really can't go wrong with the 212 Evo. It's damn good at keeping things cool. Here's a quick diagram of the air flow in my case, just in case your confused. (I)= intake (x)= exhaust (x) (x)212(I) GPU (open side panel) (x)(x) (open side panel) (I)(I) (x) PSU (I)
  4. Dude this is totally off topic, but your avatar is awesome.
  5. Interesting, but EA... Do they deserve my dollars? I'll probably just wait till Hardline, if its any good. (Already own BF4 on console)

    LOL....

I agree. Who gives a shit? If your not eating this stuff every meal, its not going to kill you.
  7. This build is gorgeous mate. Having a serious case of PC envy right now.

    Poop

Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 2... That ending could have been soo much better.
  9. It will never happen. Why would Sony give us the same product for $50 whilst charging $400 to everyone else? Think about it mate. Yes in a utopian world it would be great... but we live in the real world with global corporations and shareholders.. How would they view this? If it were my money invested, I'd be pretty pissed.
  10. Good luck with your Steam group man! Btw, why has this thread turned into a philosophical debate. If your not interested in joining his group, just leave. You don't have to promote your worldview, because nobody fucking cares.
  11. I agree. I would dig a Linus Media Group branded T Shirt or USB Stick. Plus, whats to stop people from making 100s of accounts and just posting once with each of them? Facebook integration?
  12. Look.. I was just throwing my two cents in there about my experience with the game.. which was bad. You can argue that it was because of my inexperience all day long, but in the end the product turned me off, and I uninstalled it. Big woop. Thankfully I didn't loose any actual money on this. I thought this section was for PC Gaming. Isn't a streamlined, intuitive and approachable product the kind of thing that a PC gamer is attracted to? Something that doesn't require alot of tinkering? I am at least. Hearthstone for instance... just works. Skyrim.. works. This junk.... didn't work.
