It’s a thermal take one - 80 plus gold, not sure about model top of my head so it’s not a horrible one in theory.

Sorry - by kettle plug I mean the big plug on the video. The power cord to the PC.

SHiFT got a reaction from Stahlmann in Samsung G7 27" - is this normal backlight bleed?
Yes, IPS has bad contrast ratios / IPS glow, so having lights on helps IPS specifically. The G7 is VA.

I am just glad to see that it's just normal LCD quality, not a defect G7. Dodged a bullet

The G7's overall are bad in terms of backlight bleed. I've certainly seen much worse units (like the one i had before i sent it back, not just because of backlight bleed).

I'd do the 6800XT for sure.

SAM is currently a feature that provides little to nothing in bonuses but as it gets implemented I am sure it will start to make a bigger difference down the line too.

They'll improve at RT as well - I'm going to try and get a custom one next week, Sapphire if possible but not too picky in the current market. 16GB VRAM is amazing too - yes, we will have bigger 3080s for sure "Ti" perhaps but I'd not expect that at the same price, so the price / FPS will grow less appealing.

Yes, there will be no difference. X570 is only useful if you need 4 nvme slots and more than 4 usb 3.1 and smore than 6 sata devices

Any 4x8 or 2x16 kit will be 4 ranks so will benefit from the boost. I'd recommend 3600c16 over 3600c18, but if you really need to get it from scan, then those kits you linked are ok. All ram sticks have an xmp profile, it's what you enable in bios so they run at 3600, otherwise they run at 2133.

Is it available in a 4 x 8GB kit you think? That would look nicer!

    Haha, that's OK.

If I was to get 32GB I'd do it in 4 x 8 sticks just, it looks shmexy compared to a 2 stick config. But as said, I can buy 2 x 8GB anytime if I need to and just slide it in.

Do note that 2*16  kits don't have to be dual ranked. Going dual ranked give a pretty hefty performance increase but a 16 gig stick doesn't have to be dual ranked as there are various 16 bit ics.

For gaming the 16GB will do for now I think. It's easy to replace RAM - but a motherboard is much more complicated and stuff. So I tend to think of it like that

In that case, go with 32gb of ram

I bought used HM chair 12 years ago and it still works and looks great, it's worth every cent imo and I am a wheelchair user that has to transfer himself from the wheelchair to use the chair and I do that because it's more comfortable than my 15k custom made wheelchair.

What I tried to say, is that I really do like some of the branding of those gadgets. Some have very nice designs - I do like the NZXT coolers especially with the "infinity mirror" logo. X63 I think it is. Great reviews on it too.

The main thing I wish to do is a good black and white colour combo - like on the picture above. I also love that Lian Li case.

I really like the black and white contrast. I will have to work out if I want to go for Gigabyte AORUS theme or ROG STRIX theme - I want to keep parts uniform. As they both have AIO coolers, motherboard, GPU and stuff.

Yeah man - thanks for your help and time. I was out of the hardware game for long so I'm back to a noob status.

I'll just play Hearthstone all weekend  - I also found a used i7-4790 and a QUADRO card in old office.. so I can shift those and my GPU will be even cheaper haha.

Yeah - ordered the card anyways. It's unusable, I can only browse of play games like SW:The Old Republic which isnt GPU heavy at all - more so CPU - and that is all. Has the power and usability of an intergrated Intel HD chip sadly.. sad that it came to this. But - least I upgrade a bit. Also found RAM in my office that I nicked - so 16GB it is

No, no. Sorry, I live in a RENTED house, not in University housing because that is quite garbage. Also in Belfast, UK. There's only maybe 2 others using the WiFi at the same time or even less, since they are working.
