I bet £20 that the /r/ in that link means its a referral link, I looked at the G2A 'goldmine' thing they have (i.e. referrals) and you can choose your own referral link. This guy obviously chose the windows 8.1 thing in order to spread it around and get money.

BTW, G2A does not sell Windows directly. If your key goes bad, how would they get a new one for you?

G2A doesn't sell Win 8. Users sell Win 8 keys in the Marketplace. It's just an activation key, not a licence. Private users are not allowed to sell or resell Win licenses, only authorized MS resellers. Even if it works, you are still pirating Windows. So do yourself a favour, save your money.

The key may work to activate Windows, but that doesn't make it a VALID licence. Even for online activation keys you still need proof of purchase from a local authorised retailer, not some random guy in Ukraine. Selling second hand copies of Windows is not legal.
