    My mom is not the most tech sawy person. She has once called me to ask why here ipod didn't play any audio. turns out she had muted it.... And once she thought there laptop was broken as it didn't turn on... the battery was empty and the power cable was unplugged.
     
    One thing that my mom and step-dad do that annoy the shit out of me is to empty the battery of one laptop then go over to the next one. and then to there tablet, when that one is empty they start to use there smartphones. And they NEVER charge the devices that they have just used....
