  1. I have an 8150 with a 7970 so am in need of an upgrade!
  2. how long did u leave the updater running?
  3. You have that app for amd cards too? My 7970 did that to me early this afternoon and I haven't seen that since I sold my 280 lol
  4. If you are playing on the official server, run the updater as administrator and let it do his job since NCSoft is terrible at making good updaters it will look as if nothing is doing you even look at task manager and it will show as not responding witch is anoying as hell but after few loong minutes it starts moving and downloading if needed. Just make a direct link and avoid the updater once you are done. Hope this helps if not reinstall it.
  5. Guys I'm having a problem uploading videos to YouTube... Using Dxtory to record with the Lagarith Lossless Codec mode YV12 and Multithreading, 29.97fps saving on avi at 1080p and 720p. Videos endup arround 2GB and 980MB for 1min of footage but thats not really the problem! the problem is after using Handbrake or Adobe Media Encoder! File size is not bad 110mb for Handbrake and 60mb for Adobe Media Encoder, they both look nice but kinda like the handbrake more! Now after they are uploaded to youtube they look all pixelated kinda ugly for my taste >.< here are some links for test I have made. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-025DghTNw Handbrake 1080p http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMSkv6230BE Adobe Media Encoder 1080p http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZNUhPhf3Q8 Handbrake 720p http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEQmXAzT80E Adobe Media Encoder 720p Tested both resolution aiming for the best image quality both failed... Handbrake: H.264 15,000kbps bitrate, audio 128bitrate, 4 reference frames and web optimized Adobe Media Encoder: Youtube HD 29.97 preset for the respective resolution 1080p and 720p
  6. but they fail to announce that its DDR3 and PS4 will use GDDR5
  7. I recommend running driver sweeper and install only up to date drivers (no beta and no old ones) check your thermal paste if its as old as you describe recently fix a client pc with similar problems what I did was clean it, unplug all PSU cables and put them back were they were (with some cable management) and change the thermal paste and drivers and it started to work like normal. Try getting a working GPU from eBay around $5-$10 so you could troubleshoot better.
  8. It just sound like an issue I had few yrs ago, check the cpu fan if you are using an aftermarket one. Make sure is not too thigh, the pressure won't allow to post.
