Xiaomi Mi 3 price will @ $220 USD

The Z10 won't have the same app support as an Android phone.

The Z10's hardware is fine, but the 816 has better hardware and much better app support.

The M7 has some issues. (Part of these are personal experiences, part are recorded facts.)
Facts:
The M7 has issues with the speakers at max volumes, it distorts the sound.
The M7 at release had issues with the camera (fixed now.)
The M7 has issues with the SIM card randomly disconnecting.
Personal Experience:
The M7 has some issues with slowing down over time.
The M7 has some issues with random applications, and will freeze on them.
It's still an awesome phone, and most of the issues are fixed with later revisions.
The M8 is still a better choice, if you can afford.

m7 is still one of the nicer phones on the market however like everyone else pointed out if you can afford it the m8 its a no brainer. at this time it doesnt make much sense to even get an m7 (they arent even available at most carriers where i live anymore) if you can find one, if you do more likely then not its going to be used and i personally am a little iffy of used phones. Get yourself a nice new m8, battery lasts a fair bit longer, larger screen, default comes with android 4.4.(2 i think) which is kitkat. The screen is just as nice if not nicer (imo) and theres far more metal this time around then poly carbonate for a more solid premium feel then before.

DVD-ROM, can't you borrow one from another computer, you will probably use it once when setting everything up, then you'll never need it again...

You will have a better chance at high with a 280, the motherboard is horrible though. I would aim for a 990fx board or at least a 970.

The r9 270 should handle medium settings just fine at 1080p, but if you want high settings then I suggest you get an r9 280/280x or better.
(Also follow your topics!)

I don't think it'll hit high...unless you knock down a bunch of the other settings.
