He got all that media attention because he got arrested and was interrogated without permission to even speak to his parents, not because he built a damn clock.
 
Also give the kid a break, if I was his age I would still be pretty proud to have moved a clock into a different case, just like how I was proud when I built my first computer. MIT isn't inviting him because they think he is a genius... this thread is so pointless..

Isn't that what you do with your computer. You get components someone else made and put them togheter. You also said you build that yourself didn't you. Did you expect him to go mine copper. Create his own plastic and then his own LCD display. No, you didn't. Did you expect him to create his own circuit board and program stuff on that. No you didn't. So just stop picking on him all the time only because he build a f***ing clock. It is just a kid, you guys. Come on... 

Wow not bad, I have the closed version and it sounds amazing. As long as you aren't in a loud environment I am sure the open version will sound even better. Also the mic is A++.

So Pokemon Shuffle came out to little fanfare a few weeks ago and I believe something before that. But those weren't really in collaboration with Nintendo and they weren't really "Pokemon games". Just match-3 puzzle games with Pokemon elements. This however appears to be an actual Pokemon game and one in collaboration with Nintendo.
 
The trailer is kinda hard to follow because it doesn't have much actual gameplay. But it shows finding Pokemon in the wild, catching and battling.
 

 
They're saying 2016 which means it won't be the first mobile game Nintendo puts out. I'm not sure if it even counts as Nintendo given that the Pokemon Company kinda do their own thing. Either way, Nintendo is making a move into mobile so we should expect more of this in the coming months. Interesting times for Nintendo fans.

I genuinely wonder why everyone in the tech news section must be sensitive douches. Now I remember why I don't come in here very often and why the news reporter crew don't go out on the forum to actually help others very often, unlike what I do on the forum.

It looks like the OnePlus 2 is actually shaping up to be quite the device. On top of all the current leaked specs, the phone will also have dual SIM capabilities.
I imagine that it will also feature a microSD card slot, since a lot of companies are now giving the option to run 2 SIM cards, or 1 SIM and 1 microSD.
I'm sure this will be great news for a lot of people on the forum. I know memory expansion is very near and dear to most nerds hearts.
 
They've also stated that there will be between 30 and 50 times the number of units available at launch. 
Hopefully we won't be left searching for invites, paying for them instead of getting them for free, or just flat out giving up because the device is too hard to get. Make more OnePlus. People clearly want them, and it's better to get money than disappoint countless people with hype.

It's really shaping up to be quite the device. 
 
I hope that they make the SIM cards dual active, with access to all bands for each, though I think this is pretty unlikely. 
MicroSD expansion would be nice, even nicer if they manage to make it a separate tray, seeing as they'll have removable back covers.
 
This phone is now on my short list. Congrats, OnePlus, you've started to turn me from hater to possible adopter.

Besides, Vista wasn't even that bad either. The hate it got was just result from another bandwagon.

Hopefully it isn't too much of a pain when installing. I am looking forward to it still though.
