Thinking of SLIing later on and can go a bit over budget so leave your mark on what you think and what I should do to make my build better. (NO STUPID COMMENTS)
  3. Well maybe I'd share my knowledge if the user didn't just scroll down the Topic page and look at one of the 15 290 vs. 780 posts. If you want the answer to your question here it is... 290 is stronger at 1600p/2160p, has pretty poor fans so investing into a Tri-X or a Vapour-X would make sense and the 780 is better if you aren't particularly worried in shelling out more money and it has better features along with it. Go with the 780 for best performance in its range if not concerned about money. Go with 290 if you want to conserve money and get a tiny bit less power behind your graphics card. PS. If you are going to get one of the cards.. I suggest staying with your 760 until the 800 series comes around for lower prices on the 700 series or maybe a 800 series card.
  4. Might be going with the H100i. Definitely will be doing stuff apart from Gaming and I am willing to shell out a $100 for that including the 1%-5% better gaming.
  5. I wouldn't go with it, my new build is actually going to be an Enthoo Pro housed rig and I was looking into buying the Luxe but the LEDs on the Luxe have been bashed in reviews saying that they have poor life expectancy and also do not fit some colour schemes well like green for example. The metal over the plastic definitely makes it more of a luxury case but I still recommend the Pro.
  6. I'm confused if you live with your parents or not.. You have Minecraft which suggests your twelve but you want to strut around with 3 erotic displays giving no fucks? *Confused Dazza is confused*
  7. Not really, you still get the 'gimics' from Nvidia... Not trying to say that in a bad way though.
  8. Let's just put out there that if you have any interest in purchasing a Titan Z you may as well go get yourself a $2,000 power supply just to make sure.
  9. Woah.. this is like the most unique topic I have ever seen.. never seen this one before...
  10. Both can only be supported by an x99 motherboard.. not worth it.
  11. Might do what you did but cut out one of the 780s out, chuck in a keyboard and put in an i7 4790k and some other modifications and SLI another Twin Frozr later like this. Is this a problem?
