In that case I recommend pumping most of the budget into the CPU and RAM. i7 with at least 16GB of RAM should do you fine. I wouldn't worry too much about the GPU. Something like a 1050 or 1060 would be more than enough, unless you plan on gaming then you can spend a bit more there.

I love the idea, the kid looks so innocent I think it's great composition, but the arm on the left keeps distracting me, as in what is his arm holding/doing, part of me thinks it's a bag or a bike or something. Also I think your focus is off, the shirt seems to be in more focus than the actual face of the kid.

Logitech headsets? Haven't we already covered this about 1000 times in this sub? Hyperx cloud (v1, not 2) is pretty much the only headset worth buying for under $100. @op, I am aware that it's probably outside your budget. If it's within 10 or so though, it's well worth it. If it's farther outside of that, I totally understand not wanting to spend that much. In which case it would be worth it to see if you can get a good used pair.

Don't get the Strix. Power delivery on it sucks. If you really don't want to spend the extra for the G1 then out of those three go for the SSC ACX 2.0+ http://www.ncix.com/detail/evga-geforce-gtx-970-ssc-c3-104474-1338.htm

In short, no, even Lagarith YV12 loses colors.  You can get it close though in Openencodevfw with the right settings. The only way to not lose color is to capture in Lagarith RGB which is a huge space hog. 
 
VCE defaults to  BT.709 Full Range - Level 4.1, which is the bottom picture and the shittiest of them all. For best results, set your Openencode up to be BT.709 Full Range with level 4.2

you can use any router from the store, just plug it in to the old router by a Ethernet cord. As for router passwords, yes change it. you can change it under the admin tab in the router setting (the login user name on the router will stay the same) so no one can hack the router using the default login and password, and have your browser save the new password (so you can edit the setting when needed). I would use a randomly generated password.
 
default login: name: user; password: admin.
router can be found under Network in windows explore, Network Infrastructure.
 
As for wifi password use manual set up  (under wireless tab-> wireless security) and use WPA2/WPA mixed. Set a name for the wifi and use a password that you can remember that uses both letters and numbers, then hit save.

Okay this is what I'm using right now from my new ISP and home services.
 
They came with a modem box, wireless router (Tp-Link N300) and a phone line splitter/adapter. The only thing I replaced is the wireless router to the Tp-link AC1750. The only things I changed are, wifi names and password and the DNS thingy from today.The security settings are either set to default or auto. is that just fine or should I change it?

I'm still not sure what this DNS thing is. Didn't have this problem until today. My ISP came with a router but it was complete garbage so I bought a new one. Is it because I didn't set it up properly?
