  1. I will be satisfied once I make my suit with solid fuel thrusters instead of a parachute, activate them for 20 or so seconds from the ground and land relatively safely. Of course I will need to automate the suit so it stabilizes automatically...
  2. I really like the look of the Aria headset, the phoenix carving on it looks really nice. That and they look really soft, my current 20$ headset makes my ears hurt a little.
  3. RIP that one guy who stored 75TB of porn in there. Going to take him some time to download all that to local media.
  4. He didn't get the money yet, once he gets it though..... Could buy an Armata.
  5. Technically you are just as responsible as a observer at a manufacturing plant making sure that nobody get's killed by the machines. You have the stop switch, and you are trained on how to use it, if you could have saved a life then you will be blamed. The thing is that these "machines" will quite possibly be more effective at detecting dangerous situations on their own, as opposed to a human. That means that if a casualty occurs, the human couldn't have done anything to make things turn out better, simply because humans have limits, but machines can perform perfectly more often than not, in the task that they were designed for. If the machine is good enough, the operator, or the maker of the machine cannot be blamed. As they did more to prevent the accident than the victim.
  6. The laws concerning roads are quite fool proof, if such a scenario were to happen it would be either the fault of the people crossing the road. Or the fault of the manufacturer for making the car drive so fast that an accident is unavoidable. If the car was modified, or the automatic driving was modified then it mas the fault of who ever made the modifications. The likely hood of a situation where someone will always die is highly unlikely, in these cases the car should just stick to not doing anything illegal. And it is not illegal to fail at keeping jaywalker alive, if the pedestrian makes the mistake then the person(s) in the car shouldn't suffer because of it. Additionally, a good default is to simply keep the driver alive, if a pedestrian dies, it was his fault. If the car is modified, the blame may shift. EDIT: In any case keeping the driver alive is the goal of the vehicle, if it determines that a certain solutions have a high likely hood of keeping the driver alive it will choose from those, this will often mean crashing the car, and everyone surviving. Statistically accidents will most likely have less fatalities now matter witch approach is taken (kill passenge(s), or kill pedestrian(s)), so I would still like cars to be able to be autonomous as fast as possible.
  7. "We are going to be bringing halo to Win 10 soon" *updates Xbone OS to win 10* "See? You can play halo on Win 10 now" Yeah, still going to need an Xbox to play halo and forza.
  8. I think that "free users" will still see the videos, they just get a(i)d's while they watch. They could also see videos a week later than paying users. If they lock the videos out from non paying users completely they are going to die in one single day. 10$ is quite an unreasonable price, considering how almost none of the content is made by large companies who will sue them if their stuff is shown. They have barely any content like Netflix, and yet they want their customers to pay the same amount, unless content creators can all of a sudden start using movies/music as they like in their videos with no copyright strikes then the price cannot be justified.
  9. I think OP is referring to this video. I am linking it here so we can skip the "what the hell are you talking about" and go straight to "Why the hell..." EDIT: I do not like vines, or things that are very similar.
  10. Video of it being useful? I cant wrap my head around a front wheel drive car parallel parking by burning rubber. I just want to see if it can be done, I am totally not going to try it my self...
  11. The BMW I drove is 4wd, the ford if fwd. For some reason I liked driving the ford much MUCH more, but I am a noob driver. If only "my" Peugeot 406 V6 was drivable, my dad has been "fixing" it for 8+ months now I think.
  12. There are only 2 automatics I have driven, I don't remember the exact model of either. BMW 353d, I think. And a Ford focus (wagon), again I am really quite unsure. If I were to try getting one of these to spin it's weels.... Would I brake it?
  13. I don't own an automatic (technically I don't own a car at all), but from what I have heard you should never be using both feet on the pedals unless you want to break something.
  14. I would be exited but, the controller already costs 60+€, and the adapter will probably be 30-35€ more.
  15. But even with the metric system we have 50Km/h, 60Km/h, 70Km/h zones. Additionally 100Km/h is almost rarer than a 120Km/h or 90Km/h zone, atleast in Finland.
  16. I went down the same path and thus like both posts lol.
  17. 1. They can just bring water there and recycle it. 2. Going to the moon is actually feasible in comparison.
  18. I hope I can still get my toothbrush that uses tiny mass effect fields to clean the gums....
  19. Now only if Asus fixed their Z170 line-ups driver issues, the ROG forum is littered with people complaining about their setups freezing and having audio issues, just like me.
  20. When ever I try to use the Settings app I end up having to use the control panel because I can't find what I am looking for.
  21. Did you not read trough properly, or should I have used strong language to express my disappointment in the removal of things? I never said that them removing things was good, I said it was bad, that doesn't change the fact that the part of the game you get is battlefront, I am not defending every damn choice the devs have made. I am defending the things I think they did well, I simply cannot stand people bashing something to shit when one aspect is not to their liking. Please read and try to understand what I am trying to convey, communication is not so one-sided, you not even trying to do that is insult enough.
  22. A part of my post was meant address yours, just seems like you didn't read it. The new battlefront is similar to battlefield because the battlefield franchise tries to be everything. Maybe that din't come across clearly enough, sorry.
  23. This reminds me of the people who hated Halo 4, simply because it added something to the franchise. "Oh but this isn't a flash clone of halo 2/3, this is shit" Batllefront 3 might not have space battles and galactic conquest (yes, I realize that sucks), but when it comes to the actual game it is a battlefront game. It's like saying a new sport themed Volkswagen isn't a Volkwagen any more because it has a larger, more powerful engine and ABS, but lacks a manual gearbox and cup holders. Games chance, they SHOULD change. Don't hate the devs for trying to make something new from the already expired, when all they hear is complaints about everything being the exact same. Battlefield now (3/4/hardline) is an FPS that tries to be many things at once, it is why it is good, it is why it is bad. It is very similar to many games in it's genre, it is no surprise that it would be similar to battlefront 3 as the devs even decided to add some of the things that would work from battllefield. If they had just literally re-skinned battlefront 1/2, without actually adding any of the things that other similar games today have, would you/anyone play the game a few weeks after launch. Even though that is still going to happen because they removed so many things.
