  1. Yeah I am about the looks but I want good performance as well so that's why I askedthe question i did
  2. So I was thinking about buying the cooler master v8 gts but I don't know if it's worth it or how high i would even be able to overclock a i7 4780k because I've seen lots of different result around the web so any help would be appreciated.
  3. well if you find a average to high priced 970 to the lowest cost 290 the performance will not be the same especially if your over-clocking the price to performance is very close but in the future the 970 will edge out the 290 so you decide if the extra 50 $ on comparable cards is worth it i think it is.
  4. Sapphire and Asus are both really good I would personally choose Sapphire because they make reliable cards and also make the reference boards for AMD.
  5. thanks on the cables and i agree with djdwosk if i wasn't using the S340 i would probably go with the H440
  6. ok just changed it, thanks (sort of a newb when it comes to psu's)
  7. 750w is enough even with overclocking two gpu's and cpu? thanks for the suggestion i will look into it.
  8. You guys were right thanks for the input i changed it to a 850w PSU instead of 1000. I forgot to say this before but this build is also for looks I want it to look really good and thanks for telling about the cables because thats not my expertise.
  9. Well my build is on pcpartpicker heres the link: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tKnmWZ%C2'> use for this computer will be gaming and video editing as well as basic web surfing (I'm sometimes a tab fiend) my max budget is $2100 USD I also am planning on SLI later for an upgrade and thats the reason for the 1000 watt PSU so suggestions and opinions would be appreciated (Also I want this build to look good with a white and black theme or color theme in general)
  10. I like the zotac extreme because of its light carbon fiber awesomeness but in general I like what Nvidia has done with these new cards with the new maxwell architecture etc. because they seem to just be getting it right with the performance to price and just performance at the top level of graphics cards I like this stuff out of Nvidia
  11. Umm where do I start this channel has done for me great things it's one of the first tech channels I really started to watch and is probably the reason I now love computers and technology more than I ever have and has really changed my mind on what I want to do with my life and that I love this stuff more than I ever knew and I would probably never have found out about that without this channel so you may thank us but we also thank you
  12. Well it depends on if you want the most performance or good performance but lower temps and lower power consumption. For best performance choose the toxic but if you want it to run cool and less power then the vapor-x. Sapphire is a great brand when it comes to amd
