As long as you don't need 10-bit color a GTX 780 would be a good choice. It is certified by Adobe and has very good gaming performance.

I would suggest going with an LGA2011 build instead of LGA1150. Six cores, twelve threads will make a real difference with cpu intensive work.

If you plan to overclock Asus suggests using a liquid cpu cooler. The Vengeance memory is taller than the nominal clearance on the Hyper 212 EVO. I would suggest getting a cooler like the Corsair H80i or Nzxt Kraken X41.

EVGA 220-G2-0750-XR is a much better psu than the RM750. And it is currently less expensive. http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=380

Despite pcpartpicker not complaining the H100i radiator and fan assembly will not fit insid the NZXT Source 210 Elite case. There is only about 30mm clearance from the top of the motherboard and the H100i needs 52mm. You might consider Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 ATX Mid Tower Case.

The performance improvement going from an i7-4930K to an i7-4960X is not more than 10%. This hardly seems to justify the 88% higher price. I would suggest getting the i7-4930K.

You could replace the ssd and hdd with a single 1TB ssd. It simplifies the build, makes it a little quieter, a touch cooler, and improves speeds to all storage.
