With the new gen cards it may be better to go open air as people are scared to run the fan faster. The past 2 gen cards have ran the same in both blower and open air for single card performance. Sli on the other hand open air is horrible. But that's in a air 540. May have better luck with that case and a third party 1000 series.

The only reason why an axial cooler wins out over a radial one is that axial fans can be mounted parallel to the board, allowing for more heat sink material to be attached to it. Radial fans have to be mounted perpendicular to the board.

However, neither fan design is flawed. Outside of desktop computers, radial fans tend to be more dominant and they do a good job at what they're supposed to do: moving air.

    Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we only ship in Australia

Unless you're taking a vacation in Australia, you have no hope buying it from here. If you are and will buy it here, I would suggest just buy it somewhere you can get warranty in, even if the store is good, bad luck can still get you.

It sounds like none of the part is receiving any power, perhaps the Power Supply is dead/faulty, if you know someone you can temporarily borrow a power supply from, you can test theirs to see if it's the PSU. If you have fans that are connected to the PSU, this is even more likely the case.
If it's not the PSU, then I think it would be your motherboard that is damaged.
I may also missed something, but that's all I can think of at the moment.

Short version: You prefer the online experience, have friends playing it? Grab GTA V, The Witcher 3 isn't going anywhere. If not, The Witcher 3 is the choice to go, either game's single player mode can wait for later, but I've played both and The Witcher 3 wins in this regard (In my opinion, of course). Both of the games aren't going anywhere, and buying a game later won't do you any harm.

Long version: As I read, you like the settings and themes of both game, so I would suggest that if you got friends who have GTA V or you want to spend some time playing online, GTA V is great when you got the right people to play with (I got GTA V with my friends, there was rare occasions when a random is good at heist, as well.... rare, though). If that's your situation, get GTA V, The Witcher 3 can wait, it's a Single player game, it won't run out of online player base for you to play with.
If your friends don't play GTA V or you don't like online games and would play GTA V's story mode (or single player) most of the time, then go ahead with The Witcher 3, the game's world and stories, in my personal opinion, put most RPGs out there to shame, I've been playing it, and sometimes I realise "Wait a minute, this deeply intriguing story isn't a main quest, it's a side quest!"... I also like the fact that there's this apparent lack of fetch quests, I'm starting to miss it... ah what the hell, I lie, I cheer at the fact that fetch quests are either non-existent, or cleverly covered/hidden in this game.

Ryukrieger got a reaction from Osama Adam in Next year's Assassin's Creed will take place in Victorian London
Yes, I agree, Unity's developers (Montreal) was most likely (if not obviously) pressured into making schedule... however, they were also the ones working on Watch_Dogs.... it really makes me feel uncomfortable about how much Montreal loves PC. However, Victory (temporary name?) is developed by the team Quebec, and.... hopefully, they'll be able to pull it off, considering they're using the same engine as Unity (no info about modification), they will be using Unity's bugs and errors as examples, no doubt about that, considering if something plague Unity, most likely it'll swarm Victory, too. So this may be a good thing that Montreal is fixing Unity while Quebec deal with the next game.
No matter how hopeful we may be they won't screw it up... I just hope the people "up there" in Ubisoft think about their failures this year. But either way, if they keep digging next year... obviously the Linus team will have fun with them again.

I think that would be true, I very much enjoy the historical settings of each and every single game in the series, their art and history teams very much nail these parts down, just pray for the technical teams.... yes, seriously.

It's actually a great aspect ratio over 16:9 and most personally, I'd prefer to it normal 16:9 monitors.
You will not encountered any weird stretching on most if not all (bad optimised games excluded as they're random) games.
And on a 900 series card, you will have no problem.

Then... you got quite a hard choice. I'd say for Star Citizen, you can really just wait because it's still in Early Access, you have lots of time to take off to the stars next year.
If you're hesitating between the two of them, I suggest watching playthrough/walkthrough of the first half an hour (more or less depend on you) of the games, I recall both of them lay their basic mechanics out quite bare right at the first "mission".

Ah... I like all three but I'd say Absolution is my top choice, it was a fun to see how many ways I could off somebody...
Human Revolution is first-person most of the time if my memory doesn't fail me, so I doubt it would fit your criteria (the only third-person parts as I remember are when you hide in cover). You have multiple ways to approach an area and dialogue choices most of the time matter.
Murdered: Soul Suspect is yes... very much point-and-click with little combat, it is basically a Detective game, however, due to its story-focus, it will have less replayability compare to both other games. Although I must add that the detective stuffs in the game is a bit lacking sometimes, but that doesn't mean it's bad.

Games that use a lot of resources and actually do something with them, I'm all for.  You can always turn the settings down.

What bothers me is games that hog resources and don't have anything to show for it, because of sloppy programming.  And I don't blame developers, but the publishers that impose unrealistic deadlines and go forward with the launch no matter what state the game is in.

People seem to forget this can also have a negative effect on HDDs too. If the disk is constantly rewriting encrypted information to the same sectors, that heat is going to build up and raise the entropy of the system. The fastest way to kill an HDD via conventional use is invalidate a single sector. Especially with HAMR tech coming, DRM done irresponsibly like this is going to cause rapid drive failures. It would be one thing if this kept changing which sectors or blocks were being written to, but the effort for that isn't even given...

I'm not a fan of the new CiV to be honest. But it's more a problem of mine. I'm just not that much into the scifi genre. The game itself is what you can expect from the CiV franchise. But it does not offer that much more than the other games. Except for the setting of course. Here's the WTF is of Totalbiscuit :

I really like Shadow of Mordor. It's a great game and one of the very few Triple-A titles I can't complain about these days. I have 23hrs of playtime and a lot ahead of me. I'm playing this type of games quite thorough and mostly in stealth. Here's the WTF is of TotalBiscuit :

Strictly speaking in CoD here.... I'm not even sure.
I mean, now there are IW, Treyarch and Sledgehammer working on the series, Treyarch's latest Black Ops 2 was where they tried to change up the game most. Then Infinity Wards disregarded almost all of those and made a disappointingly similar game (Ghost) to all of the previous ones exactly the way people don't want to see.
Sledgehammer "helped" (not sure how much) IW in MW3 and now have their own game in Advanced Warfare.
I would say that ever since Black Ops 2 vs Ghost, I... can't believe I'm saying this, I'm looking forward to Treyarch's next CoD game.

So for AW, you're just going to have to wait and see the gameplays! (If you want a review, might as well look at TotalBiscuit's video instead, similar to a review but have more than enough gameplay footage because for some reasons, certain reviewers keep giving CoD games high "scores")

IN SHORT: Treyarch did well with BO2, not the best, but they tried changing up. IW screwed up massively with Ghost. Sledgehammer is new so wait and see would be the best option.
    That's my opinion, though.

Ryukrieger got a reaction from iceman199121 in What are your thoughts on Shadow of Mordor?
I think it's great, a way to say it is that it feels like Batman Arkham combined with Assassin's Creed (excluding Arkham Knight and Unity since we don't know yet). The combat copies Arkham's Freeflow and it's one of the best implementation of the system, it feels smooth and responsive just like Arkham's. The movements feel free like AC (I blame Batman's gadgets for him to get lazy doing the actual climbing.... just kidding). In short, it feels and play great, not only the combat, but the stealth as well, you won't find yourself in a situation of "I should've been able to do that!" when sneaking around (my favorite part, by the way).
And the Nemesis system is great, a system where if you damaged/killed by/run away from/etc... and orc, they will remember you (when you try to fight an Orc captain and he talked to you, you'll think to yourself "Wait, I gave you that scar? Sorry, I forgot"), that's just pure gold.

I see. But you have to know, you will never be future proof, you must be prepared to upgrade the GPU in 5 years time if you want to keep getting max setting, because if you want to get a "better than console" quality, you can, but absolute max setting, you'll handle for (prediction) about 2 years, 3-5 years for well-optimised games, afterward you'll have to go down a bit, but you will still have better performance than consoles until at least the next console generation (And considering Linus compared the current gen with a GTX 480.... I think you'll be fine)
Okay, based on what you said about not wanting to spend $3500, I think SeanBond's suggestion of a mere $2700 seems perfect

Then like he said, a search from Google would solve most if not all problems. (Everything else, SeanBond's post covered quite well)

Personally this is what I think would be best for you. It's an ultra wide screen instead of a 1440p Personally I think the 21:9 aspect ratio of the monitors and ips beat the living hell out of 1440p. The resolution of the ultra wide is 2560x1080p which is a bit higher and more difficult to drive but you could easily max out every game with a single gtx 980. Also instead of a cheapo ssd that won't have any room to have games on you can get a 480gb ssd from intel that will pretty much roll over all the other ssd's except for the samsung pros. I would say get a 500gb 850 pro if you really had money to burn but when compared to the intel it's not a huge gap for performance but is for price. I also CANNOT advise to get a logitech g500...whoever put that is insane. The g502 makes so much more sense and I can't understand why they sell the g500 after holding it just yesterday. I also own the g502 and it's the best mouse I have ever used. The evga super nova g2 is 100 right now at ncix which is like robbing the bank.
