I prefer them to be all next to each other on a grid and it is not very easy with VLC I have had a look and it doesn't look that pretty. The offline issue I know its from the camera but the issue is that some applications retry to connect others don't. VLC for example doesn't retry.

I don't want recording, I want a stable stream which when I access it there is not a camera offline. Though if recoding is there as a plus I don't mind.

Hi guys, Thanks for the help in advance. I have 8 Yi Outdoor Cameras 1080p which have the Yi-Hack mod installed on them which allows the cameras to be used with other software that support Custom RTSP streams. I have tried multiple programs. Shinobi, tinycam Pro, iSpy and others. But the issue that I am having is that I am either having a stable stream with low fps or high fps but the stream doesn't reconnect. I was thinking of buying an NVR from Hikvision but I cannot find anywhere a guide on how to add Custom RTSP streams to it. The manual does make a mention of adding RTSP Stream from a camera but it needs to support username and password. I have a system converts HDMI to a TV Channel and the signal from any device (Windows PC, Android TV Box, NVR) will be output to that converter and then it can be watch from a specific channel in every TV in the house. I was wondering if anyone has ever used an NVR from Hikvision with Custom RTSP Streams or if you guys have any software that you can recommend. Thanks in advance

Hi folks, I am trying to choose a mobo between the ASUS ROG XI FORMULA( or CODE if they don't have FORMULA in stock) and the GIGABYTE AORUS XTREME (NON-WATERFORCE VERSION). I have read across multiple site reviews about the AORUS that people had to replace it more than 2 times and up to this day they are still having issues. I got initially the FORMULA but the EKWB on the VRM was leaking so I RMAed it and it seems now that the place I bought it from they don't have it in stock anymore so they might offer me a replacement. And I was thinking of choosing the AORUS or say I can wait till they have it in stock. I have read on sites reviews saying that if I want to get the best out of my 9900K I should get the GIGABYTE one because it has a very strong VRM configuration. I have a custom water loop and an i9-9900K which I have been able to push to 5.1GHz, I do not have a 10G network switch. Thank you in advance for any help/suggestion

EK-Supremacy EVO Issue with Insert
panayiotis replied to panayiotis's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
According to this: https://proclockers.com/reviews/cooling/ek-supremacy-mx-cpu-waterblock-review?nopaging=1 you can buy them from somewhere I have checked multiple online stores but no luck. Quote: "The insert is identical to the standard insert that comes with the Supremacy EVO. Optional inserts can be purchased to change the performance characteristics of the block." It also show a picture of the original insert- 6 replies

Hi guys, I have a EK-Supremacy EVO copper, I took appart my machine yesterday and it seems that the insert inside the cpu block has been damaged. When I say damaged I mean, before it was clear transparent plastic with "sharp" edges and it would feel plastic, now its foggy rubbery and kinda sticks. Does this mean I have to buy a new one? And also where can I get a new one? I looked at EKs website and I couldn't find a thing. Thank you in advance.

Random Freeze/Crash, can't find what's wrong,help~ Asus G751-JT
panayiotis replied to G.e.o's topic in Troubleshooting
This looks good, thought try removing the HDD from the computer and see if the issue occurs. If you remove it and the computer doesn't start then the bootloader is stored on the HDD and this mean you won't be able to boot withouth having both the SSD and HDD attached. Another idea, because you said you have the space partition your SSD around 30-40GB and install windows see if this then causes any issues and then if it doesn't transfer everything bit by bit and then remove the broken windows partition. -

I have seen on a fresh install of windows with the same combination, an SSD and a HDD, a boot of 5 mins to desktop because the HDD was dying. Try check with crystaldiskinfo and check the SMART setting are all alright. But firstly try what CaptainKiesel said. -

being a bit pro-active here, if you do indeed have a lot of programs installed on the HDD and the usage is quite high, try analysing the HDD and see if the disc is fragmented. -

That's okay. Here something extra: Could you post the usage of HDD and SDD? Also do you have all programs loaded on the SSD or are they split between SSD and HDD? I have seen something similar when people are having starting some software on HDD and some starting software on SSD because they have such a dramatic difference in speeds things like that do occur. Try disabling all startup programs see if that helps. Also when you get a windows 10 update (the big ones) do you reformat or leave it to update itself? It makes a difference. -

You could try formatting and re-installing windows see if that helps -
Thank you guys for your comments and suggestions, i think i have concluded to Ryzen 7 1700x with Asus Crosshair VI AC, i looked online and i found multiple posts and guides on how to install hackintosh on a pc with ryzen. So i suppose, even if it requires a lot of work, it feasible to install hackintosh. Now should i wait for a bit till there is more support for Ryzen on buy now the components?
