PetiteBob got a reaction from Mr. Rabbit in Constructive feedback/ideas for Linus and LMG
What I like? The forums, the community for the most part has been nothing but helpful. I still remember the day I asked for advice about by first PC build back in 2014. Many times, albeit a few moons ago, I've turned to this site for help, advice or just general conversation. It's sad to see how things have devolved recently, however hopefully this is a good wake up call to make amends.

Insane... And not the good way.
Cryptos have been on freefall for a while now.
To me, this just sound like a publicity stunt in order to try and relight the cinders of cryptocurrency so that some investors who got fucked over when it dropped, may get back their money when it goes back up after this news.

You don't need 16GB of ram for a gaming build. That PSU is a possible fire hazard and should be replaced with something of higher quality. Use the money saved from not buying 16GB of ram to get a better PSU.

I'd personally wait until all the windows 10 anniversary update crap is sorted out, but just using the 8.1 key should work if it does not contact MS

This is the best you can go, in terms of Future Proofing.
Or you can go for Xeon 1231 v3 an equivalent to i7 4790k except OC feature and iGPU.

I'd suggest hitting the nearest tech store where you live and see if you can test run an ultrawide. I'd say either get a 1080p ultrawide or 1440p one. 4k is overrated, and takes a beastly of a card to even hit 60fps consistently.
