I was about to go on a rant, but then I saw, that you already own a good desktop rig, so moving on.

Pretty much that, quadcore is a must. Superslim isn't the best idea here, but I do understand, that you want to carry it around and maybe even use it on your lap and this is not intended to be your main machine. If you have considered fan noise, crappy gaming on battery and not being able to hit 60fps, you're good to go. Looking at the mentioned laptops I'd choose the Gigabyte, maybe even spend the extra money on the P35x v3, but I haven't really looked at any reviews (which you totally should)

yea....anyway the i5 4690K cpu is better than the 4670K since the temps are a bit better this time.

You get best deal by doing it yourself. You only by prebuild once to know how bad they are.

What will you be using it for, because if it's mainly gaming you can get an I5 instead.

The issue with a "Star Citizen" rig is that we have only a vague idea what it is going to need, which can be summed up as "a butt-ton" (approx. 1.2 jiggawatts of RAM?) . For SC at ultra settings plus screen recording and a good frame rate, I'd recommend one high-end current GPU plus at LEAST 16GB of RAM, and a fast ram at that (i.e. greater than 2000). Take this in under the very large caveat that no one can say definitively what the full Star Citizen game is going to need.

To sum up, here is a quote from the star citizen page on requirements for the Hangar Module (emphasis added):
