tore1992's Achievements

  1. I'd go with the 970. The card us new, and the drivers only get better.
  2. Meanwhile, Nvidia and AMD is still using 28nm process. Intel, why you have to be so rich?
  3. Hi LTT! Thanks for all the years, and congrats on the 1.000.000'th sub! <'3 you guys! Story time: I remember my first time watching a LTT video. I was looking to buy a new GPU, and thought of the new AMD powerhouse 5870. Looking around on YouTube I found this video that at first glance looked like it was reviewed outside. First I was like, what? - But then I realised how awesome that actually was. That was the first product Linus made me buy, and gawd have there been many since. I just want to say thanks again to all of you guys, also on the forum (been lurking a lot ), you've been extremely helpful! Keep it up!
  4. What do you meant flawed metric? :)
  5. No, there is no doubt: The 5870 with stock cooler takes the price: http://youtu.be/TC5ak9L3KlY?t=39s
  6. Many thanks for the help! I will definitely be coming back here for help and to help others!
  7. I don't think I'll get more that 10mbit anytime soon.. So the: http://www.tp-link.c...del=TL-PA251KIT and http://www.tp-link.c...odel=TL-SG1005D Would be good for 2 computers hooked to the switch?
  8. My connection will be 10/1 - Don't you think it would be sufficient? :)
  9. Also, a switch for 2-3 computers would be totaly awesome! - Any suggestions? So far you've been helpful!
  10. Okay, so how about this one? http://www.tp-link.com/lk/products/details/?model=TL-PA251KIT
  11. Many thanks, but I live in Denmark, so I guess I'll have to find my own kit... I was looking at this one; http://www.tp-link.com/lk/products/details/?model=TL-PA411KIT
  12. I saw those, but they're relatively expensive compared to buying a kit of powerline adapters and a switch. I've heard some people claim some outlet plug extenders prevent powerline from working? Does anyone know something about this?
  13. Hi Forum! I'm new here, and heard so much about this forum that I've got to try it out, and what better way than to start with a networking question? :-) So, I've just moved to a new apartment and is interested in using a powerline kit. The thing is, where I've decides to place my two computers, there's only one wall plug, would I be able to plug the powerline into an extender? Also, would it be possible to use the powerline on the computers end, with a switch and plug both computers into that? Beforehanded, thanks so much!! From, Tore
