it depends a lot on how it performs and how it is priced so we can't say for sure

an intel i5 4590 with stock cooler is gonna outperform your amd cpu for the same price

imo even for office work 4GB is getting too low considering you can fill it up with just a few chrome tabs. for something more lightweight than windows (linux looking at you) it could be enough but looking at the task manager in windows i have filled up 4GB with only 7 tabs of chrome and a few programs like skype,thunderbird steam ... ,none of which are using more than 100MB

you have to keep in mind that a somewhat decent 1080p monitor starts at 100$ while tvs are at around 200 -250$ or even more and every console title you buy is 10$ more expensive. you also don't have big sales like steam sales AND you have to pay 50$ to play online per year, while not much it adds up to what you have to invest on the first time you buy a console.
and what console can play AAA titles at 1080p 60 FPS not to mention high settings with aa on?
as for peripherals, a mouse and key board can be bought for 10-20$ each, a DS4 or xBox controller cost 60$

you will have to try it out yourself to see where it is stable and doesn't get overheated since it differs from card to card same as with processors.

i hope the S6 mini comes out soon because my hands are way too small for anything bigger than 4.5" or at most 4.7".I really wish one of the big phone (not apple their products are too expensive for me *cries*) makers would make smaller devices with flagship-like specs.

spec wise that monitor is the best there is atm but i have read about a lot of problems about it too (you can go to the monitors thread in the rog forum and see for yourself).
The reason why i am not really sold on it is because of the fact that g-sync only works with nvidia cards and i don't really like being stuck with one company.

i for one would still prefer to buy a single card that has the performance of 2 weaker cards even if that single card should cost a bit more than the 2 weaker ones combined simply because of sli problems of tipple A titles (i am looking at you ubish... i mean ubisoft) and because of less space being used with only one card and less heat output. this is not the case with 980 vs 970 sli because the 980 is just a tad better than the 970 but i hope you get the idea

i would definitely go with option 1, because the intel beats the amd one in any game anytime but i would replace the gtx 770 with a gtx 970 because it's quite a bit better than the 770 any only like 100$ cheaper

pretty sure there are some deals at the end of november but there are a lot other of sale like weekend sales and midweek madnesses. i would suggest you put the game you want to buy at a sale on a wishlist so you get notified when it's on a sale.

the LGA 2011-3 is a socket on motherboards for the new x99 intel extreme cpus which are quite expensive. for pure gaming i wouldn't go with that.
Also if you only use your pc for gaming and other everyday suff (watching videos,browsing the web,....) a titan would be a bad choice. I think even the 900 series beat that card in games
