  1. I just got the pixel a few weeks back and have been enjoying the experience. Would be good to see water resistance and better speaker placement in the new model, but I have no complaints for the one I got!
  2. Hi guys! I am in a bit of a fickle at the moment! I need a new mobile powerhouse for work. I am a neuroscientist studying alzheimers disease, and am analysing massive images (5.6gb + that will be cashed on the RAM) and pixel intensity based analysis, and my old laptop with 4gb ram and intel hd4000 just isn't cutting it =P Aorus X3 http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Notebooks/Gaming_Notebooks/55733-X3%2B-A-870-4701S Aorus X7v2 http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Notebooks/Gaming_Notebooks/55542-X7v2-860SLI-4701S MSI GS70 http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Notebooks/Gaming_Notebooks/56047-GS70_2PE-430AU MSI GS60 ghost pro 3k http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Notebooks/Gaming_Notebooks/55147-GS60_2PE-290AU SO, has anyone tried/checkout these laptops? or done a comparison before? or has any alternatives/recommendations. I am after power with portability (have a fair way to walk to work each day): 16gb ram is a must, would like a quad core like the i7-4700 at least... power efficiency isn't too important because most of the day I am plugged in! Also would I be better off going for the kepler architecture (GTX 870) or maxwell (GTX860)? Cheers, Andrew
  3. Always enjoyed watching the reviews and keeping up-to-date with the latest tech! The WAN shows are a particular favourite! Although I can't contribute as much as I like due to crappy geographical location, I wish you and the crew all the best! You have a great channel, and a great community through the forums! Keep it up everyone! Here's to 2,000,000 subscribers in the future, with the community being just as awesome as it is now!
  4. The brushed aluminum finish is beautiful. Solid review! I think the thing I like about it the most is that it provides a cheaper middle ground and fills in a void between cheap and nasty thin laptops, and over the top expensive thin laptops like the Razer blade. It's a solid middle ground and fills a niche spot in the market!
