    I prefer 4 pin but if you getting a fan controller be careful because alot of them like the grid+ only support 3 pin leaving you to buy expensive adapter cables. I personally use 4 pin Noctua industrial fans controlled by my motherboard.

    I've had an FX-8320 for a few years now and I love it, price per performance is great, gotta love those 8 cores. I'd pick the 8350 if I was you.
