But the video made about watching gamers I found hilarious. A lot people makes a lot money for doing what they enjoy doing with they should never get a job you don't enjoy doing. I previously watch a video where asian just sits down and just eat food and they make over $9000 dollars a month It's like Twitch but you stream eating food. JUST BY EATING FOOD! and a lot people watch. I was blown away.

I think it's perfectly normal for children to fantasize about being in their favorite media and it's not strange for kids to reenact these fantasies. Think back to childhood, playing cops and robbers and army men wasn't a strange thing. Even if it involved killing your friends in fantasy scenarios. The difference here is it's alone and it's premeditated thoughts. That's what scares people. Chances are even if Death Note didn't exist that same kid would still have "I wish he was dead" thoughts about his most obnoxious of bullies. The kid just combined it with a fantasy. When he has the Death Note then he assumes the power role. I couldn't say if he actually had a notebook that could kill people inconspicuously he wouldn't but I can say without a doubt if he was given another weapon that could lead to the same silent result he would do the same with it as the notebook, good or bad. It has nothing to do with the show, the show is just a tool not what creates his thoughts. It's the same thing with the people claiming video games cause violence. It's not the creator, just the outlet. It's the person behind it that is the important part. If the kid has serious thoughts of murder that's the result of the kid's psychological state, not the show being used as the outlet. If it wasn't Death Note it would be something else.

Sony and Microsoft? So you're blaming it on console manufacturers as if Ubi doesn't self-publish and has no say in the matter?
 
No. These kinds of issues are caused by publishers like Ubisoft themselves trying to pump a game out annually instead of "when they're done". It's an issue brought forth by Activision and the fact that they've been able to outsell nearly every other franchise by shitting out copy/pasted games every 365 days for nearly a decade.
 
Sony and Microsoft (unless they're actually publishing) have little actual say in when games come out. They can lobby and pay incentives to publishers to push their developers, but the decision is ultimately made by those publishers. They're focused on making money for themselves, not Sony/MS.
 
Anywho, Unity is the only AC game I haven't played (not counting handeld games and such). The last AC game I played was Rogue, and I was honestly surprised by how a game that was basically copy/pasted from what I considered one of the better entries in the franchise since AC2 (Black Flag), was such a broken mess. They turned me away when they announced AC Unity as a multiplayer/co-op-focused game. I'll play it some day, but only when I can get it dirt cheap.
 
As for Syndicate, I'm actually a little hyped for this one. I hate the fact that Ubi is continuing the trend of annual release, but the setting... intrigues me. All I can think of when I see the art direction and gameplay is the movie Gangs of New York.

The PC games market has now surpassed the console gaming sector in terms of revenues, an analyst has claimed.
DFC Intelligence owner David Cole told PCR: "On a global basis PC games have surpassed console games but the new console systems means consoles should show an increase. 
 
"Among core gamers there is a heavy overlap with most console gamers also playing on a PC. The big difference is that consoles are now the luxury item and PCs are the necessity. Just a few years ago the reverse was true.  This means PCs have the broader audience."
DFC previously predicted that PC gaming would eclipse console gaming by 2015, and earlier this year it said that the PC gaming market would exceed $25 billion in 2014.
 
The news comes after DFC published its latest quarterly paid-for report on PC gaming revenues and usage. 
In terms of the most popular PC games, DFC says that MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) titles and free-to-play games are continuing to perform strongly.
"The MOBA games League of Legends and Dota 2 dominate everything else by an order of magnitude in terms of more usage than other products," added Cole. "In the first part of 2014 we saw some signs that may change with the introduction of new titles and some increased play of games outside the MOBA category.
"But MOBA is dominant. Beyond that it is a nice mix of MMO, strategy and first person shooter.
 
"We can say that our top 20 list for 2013 had no titles released that year and in Q1 2014 we saw three new titles crack the list: DayZ, Rust and Hearthstone.
"PC player hours have also been remarkably consistent. We had expected hours to fall in 2013 because there were not any major new releases. However, hours were actually flat with 2012 which bodes very well for the market going forward as more triple-A titles are released."
Cole said that Europe has been a big driver of PC trends in recent years especially around free-to-play games, and that the big trend emerging from the US is likely to be more triple-A titles released for console and PC.
 
He also anticipates an increasing crossover between different platforms. 
"There is a blurring of platforms where it starts to get hard to define what is a PC and what is a mobile device," Cole explained.
"Hearthstone was a great example of this as it released for both PC and iPad. Not all games fit that model but as we mentioned core gamers now tend to play on multiple devices."
