  1. So I need help choosing a graphics card for my build. I have a 4790k and plan on playing on a 1440p 144hz monitor eventually, but for now I'm on a 1080p one. Which card would be the best for running games at 60 FPS on high-ultra settings, like GTA 5 for example. My budget is less than 500 USD.
  2. Alright guys thanks for the help
  3. So I'm looking to buy a new monitor and was looking at 1440p ones when I came across this the BenQ XL2730Z and the Asus MG279Q. Both of them have 144hz refresh rates and have Freesync, but the BenQ one is a TN panel and the Asus is an IPS panel. Also the BenQ has a 1ms response time and the Asus one has a 4 ms time. So I'm planning to do photo editing and gaming, so I was wondering which monitor would be the better buy since they're both $600. Finally are there any downsides to having a TN panel and vice versa. 4. That was quick, thanks for the help lol.
  5. So right now I'm using my Sennheiser HD558s for gaming(along with a webcam for voice chat which is bad). I was wondering if I should get a gaming headset or just get a Modmic for my Sennheisers. I was looking at the Corsair headphones, especially the wireless one, is it any good?(http://www.corsair.com/en-us/corsair-gaming-h2100-wireless-dolby-7-1-gaming-headset) Thanks.
  6. Yes, but it still says it has no drivers when I plug it in. It works fine on my other PC though so I'm very confused.
  7. It says that there are no drivers for it. When I plug it in it says that it failed to download the drivers.
  8. So I got a Xbox One controller, installed the drivers from the Xbox website, plugged it in and it says that it's installing drivers. Then it says that driver installation has failed. I tried this on another PC that has Windows 7 like my main PC and it worked flawlessly. I tried everything from changing the cable and USB port, to reinstalling the drivers and restarting my PC, but none of that worked. It's strange that it works on the other PC but not this one, and Microsoft support has not helped at all. Does anyone know what it could be?
  9. My entire rig is embarrassing, but hopefully my new build will be complete soon.
  10. One of those Freddi Fish games. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freddi_Fish
