Yes its Grounded, since PSU is 3 years old it might just get worse over time, i did every test for RAM and RAM is totally fine, i tested different usb ports 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1 like 5,6 different ports but same problem one every one. i just really lost any idea beside PSU ... its really annoying

@KoxicainI didn't, its on 100, i tested with 50hz and 60hz, but its still the same, as soon as my RAM work on 3000mhz cant use webcam, everything else works fine even on 100% load of CPU and GPU, but i have just that webcam problem..

@Jurrunio Still the same, 2933, 2800 i still get flickering, as soon as i put it to auto and its 2400mhz, webcam works totally normal, without any problems. Only thing can can assume is PSU since its not that "good" and i have my CPU overclocked, i just need someone else to confirm me that., thanks for your help

Hello guys, i just got my Logitech c930e, and i noticed something really really weird, when my RAM memory is on 2400mhz (default) everything is fine, as soon as i put it on 3000mhz, my webcam flickers at the point where is worthless like you bearly can see what is on camera. I really have no idea what problem can be, i need help. nope i download 20 drivers ( 10 different) and every time same thing, driver crash and then that cause my game to crash. i think i will ask for new gpu

yes u use on GPU (DVi and HDMI), i installed 20 times drivers on 3 different windows, and everytime driver crash and that cause game crash.

Hello, i have one problem and im really mad, i bought RX 480 Strix yesterday after i plug in GPU i installed drivers 16.12.2 after my PC restarted i couldnt open Crimson Control it said ( http://screenshot.sh/n9GDS7nOoJH2V ) then i tried 16.12.1 but same thing, then 16.11.5 that worked but then i had different problem i joined gta V to test and after 5-20 min my game crash and it said Gta V has stopped working, then i was trying to go in back with drivers 16.11.4 16.11.3 16.11.2 same thing. and i really dont know what to do, i need help.
